Supply, Installation using suitable size (75x40x6 mm or higher size) MS channel of required length at the existing gear room after removal and return to store of JU of existing 6 kV HT OCB including repairing and leveling of floor dismantling and re fixing of all connections as reqd. in all respect, Testing (apart from manufacturer’s test certificate routine testing at site by reputed testing agency) & Commissioning of 12kV, 25kA/ 3Sec, 800A Floor Mounted, Vertical Isolation, Horizontal Drawout, Indoor type incoming cum outgoing Panel unit with HT Vacuum Circuit Breaker (as per attached details) Make: Energypac Engg. Ltd., ABB, SCHNEIDER, CROMPTON, SIEMENS with 2 years guarantee in all respect at site including double earthing for each Gear using 80 mm dia. 3 mm (minimum) thick TATA Class B Medium GI Pipe & 50x6 GI strip as required as PWD Govt. of WB with digging of earth, treatment of soil, pit etc.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning including control connection with specified wires/ cables to temperature measuring unit and 11 kV HT VCB of 11/ 0.415 kV, Indoor, DRY, VPI, AN with taps at primary side of range +5% to -5% in step of 2.5%, 3/3 & Neutral Phases, 50 Hz, Dyn 11, Class C insulation Distribution Transformer suitable for indoor installation with ventilated unit, CRGO M-4 Core and E. C. Grade copper winding, Maximum Temp. Rise- 140˚C, Impedance- 3-5%, Efficiency at full load @75˚C- 99% at UPF with 2mm thick MS sheet as per IS: 11171- 1985 (Dry Type Transformer VPI/ Resign Cast)- all other accessories with standard specifications with 2 years guarantee in all respect at site with minimum loss (both no-load and full-load) and suitable cable end box for both LT & HT including double earthing for each Tr. using 80 mm dia. 3 mm (minimum) thick TATA Class B Medium GI Pipe & 50x6 GI strip as required as PWD Govt. of WB with digging of earth, treatment of soil, pit etc. Manufactures must have CPRI tested certificate of similar rating Tr. for last 03 years (if not available then it is to be done from CPRI before supplying of the Tr.) and the individual units routine test as per IS and High Pressure test shall be done from High Tension laboratory of, Jadavpur University must be submitted. Work is to be done after removal of existing AN/ ONAN cooled Tr. of their capacity, dismantling of LT, HT cables, accessories etc including refixing and with/ without buy back in all respect of manufacturer Energypac Engineering Ltd., ABB, CROMPTON, SIEMENS, RPG, VOLT-AMP as per direction of the EIC.

750 kVA after removal of 630 kVA AN Tr. and placing to suitable place without buy back at S/S-3 beside PG Sc. Building in JU Main Campus.
