The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the completion of similar works. The bidder should have completed works of similar nature, with a minimum gross notional value of Rs. 307.33 Lakh, which is 30% of the Amount put to Tender for individual bidders, and Rs 614.66 Lakh, which is 60% of the Amount put to Tender for Consortium/JV. Alternatively, the minimum gross notional value is also mentioned as Rs. 330.99 lakh for individual bidders (or Rs. 661.98 lakh for Consortiums/Joint Ventures). The bidder should have completed at least 25% of the tender BOQ or above in similar works. Additionally, the aggregate amount of similar works should be at least 60% of the amount put to tender. The bidder's average annual turnover from business in any three financial years within the immediate preceding five years should be at least 30% of the amount put to tender, which is Rs. 307.33 lakh for individual bidders, and at least 90% of the amount put to tender, which is Rs. 921.99 lakh for Consortiums/Joint Ventures. Each constituent of a Consortium or Joint Venture should have at least 20% of the tender value as their individual average of annual turnovers from business in any three financial years within the zone of last five financial years.
