The required prior work experience for the bidder is to have satisfactorily completed at least one work of similar nature under the Government Sector within the last five financial years. The gross monetary value of this work should be at least ₹1,80,54,955.00 (or ₹3,61,09,910.00 for Consortium/JV). The gross notional amount calculated from the Credential Certificate (CC) should be at least 30% of the amount put to tender for a single similar work. However, for Consortium/JV, the aggregate gross notional value of work in respect of the CC of individual entities for works of similar nature should be at least 60% of the amount put to tender. The minimum gross notional value of the Major Item "Protection work" is ₹1,80,54,955.00 (₹3,61,09,910.00 for Consortium/JV). The bidder should have completed one work with a value that meets the minimum desired Pre-qualification (PQ) works credential, with 100% completion of one work as desired. Additionally, the average of gross annual turnover of the individual bidder/Organization/consortium or Joint Venture for any three financial years within preceding five financial years should not be less than the summation of turnover requirements of the relevant individual serial of works for which the bidder intends to bid. Earnest money is 2% of the estimated amount put to tender or Rs 10 Lakh, whichever is lower. Security deposit is 10% of the value of works executed at the material point of time. An Additional Performance Security of 10% of the tendered amount may be required if the accepted bid price is below 20% of the tender BOQ or below by more than 20% of the tender BOQ.
