The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the Prior Work Credential, also known as the Prior Qualifying (PQ) Credential. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work with a value of at least Rs. 7,56,38,630.00 (or Rs. 15,12,77,260.00 for Consortium/JV). The similar work should have a weightage of 25% or more in terms of monetary values in respect of the amount put to tender. The bidder must have satisfactorily completed at least 1 (one) work of ‘similar in nature’ under Government Sector within last five FYs on the date of publication of this NIT of Gross monitory value of Rs.8,23,63,000.00. The same shall be minimum of Rs. 16,47,26,000.00 for Consortium/JV. The value of the summation of those items contained in the BOQ of the AOC submitted by the bidder as its PQ Work Credential should be equal to or exceed the amount of any one of the PQ financial eligibility criteria specified. The percentage for the major item "Concrete work" is 25% of Tender BOQ or above, with a minimum gross Notional value of above Rs. 7,56,38,630.00 (Rs. 15,12,77,260.00 for Consortium/JV). The bidder's average annual financial turnover should be at least 25% of the amount put to tender for a single bidder, and 85% for a Consortium/JV, with each entity having at least 20% of the required average annual turnover.
