The bidder should have prior work experience in a similar nature of work, with a gross notional amount of at least 30% of the amount put to tender for a single similar work, or 60% for a Consortium/JV. The similar work should be completed within the immediate five preceding financial years. The monetary value of the major items in the BOQ of the instant work should be at least 40% of the tender BOQ or above. The minimum gross notional value of the major item is Rs.1,56,75,821.00 for a single bidder and Rs.3,13,51,642.00 for a Consortium/JV. The bidder is required to have prior work experience, specifically a Pre-Qualification (PQ) work credential of one 100% completed work as desired. The Credential Certificate (CC) should be duly authenticated by a competent authority. Additionally, the average of gross annual turnover of the individual bidder/Organization/consortium or Joint Venture for any three financial years within preceding five financial years should not be less than the summation of turnover requirements of the relevant individual serial of works for which the bidder intends to bid.
