Supplying ready mixed concrete of M 25 Grade with well graded stone chips of 20 mm nominal size containing designed quantity of cement per Cu.m of wet concrete produced in computerised batching plant under controlled condition using approved super plastisizer, designing concrete mix following I.S. 10262 and I.S. 456, transporting the mix with agitation in transit mixer to work site depositing the mix on a platform erected for the purpose at required levels of concreting and then placing the mix in its final location of form work compacting and curing the same complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge including computerised batching plant transit mixer with all accessories vibrators etc. inclusive of all other incidental charges in this connection complete but excluding cost of hire charge of platform and its supporting staging which would be paid through separate item. Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Sub-structure including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Construction of precast RCC railing of M30 Grade, aggregate size not exceeding 12 rnm. true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 rnrn. leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per MoRT&H standard drawing no SD/202 and technical specifications.

Elastomeric Slab Seal Expansion Joint Providing and laying of an elastomeric slab seal expansion joint, catering to right or skew (less than 20 deg., moderately curved with maximum horizontal movement upto 50 mm, complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions for installation and as per Clause 2605 of Specifications for Road & Bridge works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). a) For movement up to ± 10 mm - Type : m 20

Drainage Spouts in Superstructure including providing drip mouldings and also including supplying, fitting and fixing approved type of materials complete as per drawing and Technical specification vide clause no. 2705 of MoRT&H’s Specification for Road & Bridge Works.

R.C. Guard post Supplying fitting and fixing R.C. guard post 1.37m long with C.C. 1:2:4 with graded stone chips of 13.2mm down casting , curing complete including cost of providing 4nos.of 12mm dia. rod of length 1.54m as main reinforcement and 6 nos. of round shaped 8mm dia rods used as binders; the placing of the first binder should be at 75mm below the top finished surface and the other 5 nos of binders should be placed at 245mm c/c ; the guard post is of octagonal section with inscribed circle of dia 24cm at the base tapering to corresponding dimensions of 16cm at the top including two coats of painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and grade to form 6 nos. horizontal alternate bands in white/tannery yellow and black to 90 cm length standing up above ground after mending good damages if any during striking off shuttering, making hole in ground of 47cm depth and 30cm. minimum dia, fixing the guard posts in the same holes and repacking the earth properly so as to keep the guard posts standing properly erect in correct position true to line and length including carriage of R. C. Guard Post with due care to the site including loading into the truck and unloading at site complete in all respect. With Pakur variety stone chips .

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur Variety

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC In Ground Floor: (a) Two Coats

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground floor (Two Coat)

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, removing, spreading or stacking of spoils within a lead of 150 m. as directed and including trimming the sides of the trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom, and backfilling with approved material complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge . In all sorts of soil excluding marshy soil & rocks (soft or hard) by manual means. a) upto 3 m depth (i) With pumping out water including shoring as required

b) 3 m to 6 m depth (i) With pumping out water including shoring as required

(A) Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Cast in situ cement concrete blocks or lining units as per designed section and specifications,in nominal mix proportion 1:1.5:3 (corresponding to M-20 grade) with well graded 20 mm down stone metal agreegate, including dressing, ramming, shuttering, finishing the surface bt trowl without adding any additional cement and sand mortar, curing, transporting and laying the blocks or lining units at worksite in position, sand cushion /filter layer with cold (paper joints between the adjacent units, having gap varting from 0 to 5mm as tolerance , with all leads and lifts, including supply and carriage of all materials complete. (The rate is exclusive of the cost of stone aggregate and its carriage upto site. Construction wing has to add the cost of same from the SoR of PW (Roads) to derive the consolidated rate. Making filter with well graded 40 mm down ballasts and laying uniformly behind weep holes, below pitching on bed, side slopes including supply and carriage of all materials to site including preparing bed with earthwork up to 30 cm depth, where necessary and compacting with wooden malllet after laying to achieve designed section as per direction of the Engineer- in - Charge (measurements will be on finished work / in stack after deducting necessary void).) Earthwork in excavation or re-excavation of drainage channels / rivers in all kinds of soil including silt, sand, slush etc. mixed with all sorts of Industrial wastes, sewages, municipal garbage, carcasses, tannery effluents, jungles, bushes, semi-solid / solid campact mass, water hyacinth, cowdung deposits, decomposed vegetations, polythenes, brick bats, gravels, stone ballast, crates, remnant of bullah and bamboo pins etc. by means of suitable excavator mounted on pontoon (min. depth of water 0.75 metre) specially made to suit the site condition in tidal or non-tidal channel / river and carrying of the excavated materials to suitable locations of the channel / river bank from the point of excavation by diesel machine operated boats or similar arrangements in a manner suited for the purpose and placing the excavated materials from the boat etc. on the top of the bank in case of disposal at suitable places arranged by the agency at his own cost, on the bank at available locations having distances from the point of re- excavation as shown below, by means of excavators or any other machines or manually as may be required, including all lifts. Measurement : By Pre-work and Post- work level sections. Pre-work level for the existing bed of the channel / river is to be taken by displacing water hyacinth and all other floating materials including compact masses, carcasses etc. and for which no extra payment will be made. Post-work level section will be taken only when a stretch of at least 300 metre is completed and the said post-work will be taken within 7 days after completion of excavation in that reach. (a) For distance 0 to 50 metre from the point of re-excavation to the placing point on the bank. Note: The cost for the above work includes the cost of hire charges of excavator including all accessories, excavators, diesel machine operated boats, pontoons etc. and including the cost for mobilisation, de- mobilisation, maintenance, cost of fuel and lubricants, wages of operators and labours and all other incidental charges as may be necessary for the above work and the rate also includes the charges of dismantling and re-erection of machine excavator, pontoon etc., if necessary, in the interest of work or for passing of the machines etc. below the bridges.

Providing MS casing pipe around RCC cast-in-situ bored piles of different diameters in position including cost of all materials, fabrication, handling etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads,fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Providing weep holes in Brick masonry / Plain / Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face. Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and constructing Temporary Island for construction of Well foundation. Construction of Temporary Island by construction of outer annular layer with two rows of bullahs, suitable spaced, of dia. not less than 150 mm, driven at least half of the total length, properly tied, braced and supported and filling the annular space with sand / soil filled bags, protected by drum sheet walling on both side and filling the core portion with locally available materials including the dismantling, removing and cleaning the site of the construction of main component of the structure. i) Area of Island between 140 m² to 160 m² a) Height above bed level upto 2.25 m.

Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil for making embankments, repairs to the embankment, closing breaches etc. as per profile including supply and transporting the earth by truck or tractor or any other mechanical means on land , including loading, transporting, unloading and stacking with all lifts bothways and head load where necessary and depositing the same on embankments, clannels, filling depressions in requisite profile, levelling as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge within a lead of Beyond 2.00 km and upto 3.00 km NB :- Measurement to be taken on the basis of stack measurement / pre- post work section measurement after deduction of void as per norms. No extra payment will be made for stacking.

Supplying to site empty cement polythene bags (capacity 50kg) in good condition including stacking, incedental charges etc. all complete (capacity 50 kg).

Labour charges for filling empty cement gunny bag / polythene bag (capacity 50 kg) with all kinds of earth (wet or dry), sand or agreegates(stone / brick) and sewing as done in case of cement bags ,( tying with a knot after filling will not be accepted ) , and stacking within a lead of 30 metre as per direction of Engr-in-charge (cost is excluding the cost of any types of filling materials). NB:- Volume of earth/ sand filled bags should not be less than 0.028 cum/ bag.

Dumping in position earth / sand filled gunny / poly bags (capacity 50 kg) within a lead of 30 metre inclusive of all lifts.

Removing earth/sand filled poly bags/gunny bags from the channel bed/slope and initially depositing the same near channel bank at a place as directed by the Engineer-in Charge for measurement of Bag. & then disposing off the same at a distance not less than 150 metre from the channel site.

Bailing out water by pump including all leads and lifts and including making all arrangements for disposal, where continuous flow or seepage of water is encountered and rating of pumps and hours of operation is specifically ascertained as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 with spigot socket for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in double row including fixing with cement mortar 1:2 as per Technical Specification Clause 1106 for Rural Roads of MORD (a) 900 mm dia

Removing all types of Hume pipes and stacking within a lead of 1000 m including Earthwork and Dismantling of Masonry Works as per Technical Specification Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD.

Construction of Sub Base using Local Materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface, including screening the metal as necessary, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, lighting, guarding and barricading including cost and carriage of all materials and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre wide on each side to protect the edges complete as per Clause 401 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). For Construction of Sub Base by compacting 1st class brick aggregates (40 mm down) and sand (in proportion of 60:40).

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.
