The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the execution of similar previous works. The gross notional amount calculated from the Credential Certificate (CC) of a single similar work should be at least 30% of the amount put to tender, i.e., Tender Value. For Consortium/JV, the sum of the gross notional value of work in respect of the CC of individual entities for works of similar nature should be at least 60% of the amount put to tender. The similar work should have been completed within the immediate five preceding financial years on the date of e-NIT. A bidder must have satisfactorily completed at least 1 (one) work of ‘similar in nature’ under Government Sector within last five FYs on the date of publication of this NIT of Gross monitory value of Rs. 132.54 lacs. For Consortium/JV, the value should be minimum 60% or two (02) times of Gross monitory value of CC, i.e. Rs. 265.08 lacs, which is 60% of the amount put to tender for the work for which the bidder chooses to participate in this NIT. The amount put to tender is mentioned as 319.38 lacs (90% of the Amount put to Tender), and 30% of this amount is Rs. 95.81 lacs, and for Consortium/JV, it should be at least 60% of the amount put to tender. The bidder should have completed similar work of a gross monitory value not be less than 30% of the amount put to tender of the work for which the bidder chooses to participate in this NIT.
