Labour charges for bouIder pitching on top and slope by placing required boulders (each weighing 20 Kg. and above within lead of 100 metres and all lifts) including filling the interstices with fragments as required, preparing sub-grade by cutting or filling the earth on slope upto 7.5 cm. depth, watering and ramming where necessary complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. a) Over Jhama Khoa / metal filter/ Geo-textile filter.

Labour charge for dumping / laying of Laterite / Stone Boulders 25 kg & above / Shingles / Brick Bats, from stack of worksite with all leads and lifts in water or spreading the same on the slope of the bank of River/Sea or the slope of the embankment or in the River/ Sea bed to an uniform thickness as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all accessories and other incidental charges. (a) Boulder 20 kg & above where boats are not necessary

Supplying at site and laying in position UV stabilized polypropylene woven geotextile of 430 gsm as filter, as per specification, including cost of preparing the bed, placing the geotextile as per profile with at least 15cm lapping, wherever required and anchorage at top, sewing / welding the overlapped portion, storage and transportation by all means, complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. Payment to be made on measurement of finished surface without lapping, but including anchoring length at top. 2. Payment will be made subject to the result of 3rd Party Testing, to be done by the Engineer-in-charge departmentally. Paragraphs 2.7.7, 2.7.9 and 2.7.10 under the Chapter of “Specification for Works” in the USoR shall be reproduced and included in the tender document as “Specification & Special Terms & Conditions for Geotextile” in case of use of this item in the estimate. 3. Providing and laying Design Mix concrete for plain / reinforced concrete work in any part of bridge (excluding bottom plugging) with coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal size and grading, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, including labour, cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. all complete but excluding cost of labour and materials for formwork & reinforcement works. (a) M-15 Grade Using concrete mixer.

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. Supplying, fitting and placing un-coated HYSD bar reinforcement in Bridge Foundation including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (i) Tor Steel rods/HYSD bars/TMT bars (TATA/SAIL/ RINL) (Fe 415/Fe 500/Fe 500D Conforms to IS:1786) Carriage from Company outlet at Durgapur upto worksite=51.60 KM.

Masonry work with rough dressed Stones of size as directed with cement mortar, true to line, level and shape, including dressing and shaping boulders to size as required, curing complete including cost and carriage of all materials complete. (b) With cement-sand mortar 1 : 4 (ii) In Bridge & culvert works. 1) Upto height 4.0 m Note :- cost and carriage of 1.25 cu.m. of laterite has been added

Providing and Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete Pipe NP4 as per design in Single Row Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP4 with spigot socket for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing with cement mortar 1:2 as per Technical Specification Clause 1106 for Rural Roads of MORD.

Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) overdamp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.

Supplying to site empty cement polythene bags (capacity 50kg) in good condition including stacking, incedental charges etc. all complete (capacity 50 kg).

Labour charges for filling empty cement gunny bag / polythene bag (capacity 50 kg) with all kinds of earth (wet or dry), sand or agreegates(stone / brick) and sewing as done in case of cement bags ,( tying with a knot after filling will not be accepted ) , and stacking within a lead of 30 metre as per direction of Engr-in-charge (cost is excluding the cost of any types of filling materials). NB:- Volume of earth/ sand filled bags should not be less than 0.028 cum/ bag.

Placing / laying, stone / brick aggregates filled gunny / poly bags on the slope of the bank of the river / sea or the slope of the embankment or in the river bed with all leads etc. complete.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD. (I) By Manual Means b) Cement Concrete

(The rate is inclusive of cost of reinforcement, concrete, shuttering, nuts & bolts, washer etc. complete.)

Making rectangular sausage cage with 10 SWG galvanized iron wire of 125mm. x 125mm. mesh wire netting with proper lapping of minimum 150 mm. including sewing the joints with 12 SWG G I wire and supply of all materials and equipments including placing the sausage cage in position, filling the same with boulder or lump agreegates complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of boulder / lump aggregates and its carriage upto site.(Cost is excluding the cost of end pieces )

Supplying, spreading and consolidating Moorum to a depth of 75 mm at desired density and C.B.R. as per specification with power roller to proper gradient and camber including watering as necessary, and lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary to protect the edges and curing with water for 2 to 3 days, mending cracks by rolling where necessary including all incidental charges of roller, cost of fuel & lubricants etc. complete as per specification. Note: Adding cost at site of the materials to arrive at the complete rate. The compaction factor may be taken as 0.67 (The payment is to be made on the basis of the finished compacted volume of moorum.) Source of Moorum is Sandhipur Quarry

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Supplying & fixing of Raised Pavement Markers / Road Studs / Cats Eye made of polycarbonate moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face which shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to clause no 804 of MoRT&H's specification for Road & Bridge Works (Fifth Rev.). Marker height shall not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm, width shall not exceed 130mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 sq.cm. on each side and slope to the base shall be 35 ± 5 degree. Fixing will be without nails but by using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation including site clearance etc. and complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge .The contractor will have to provide a test certificate from a reputable national/international laboratory conforming the above specifications
