Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Sub-structure including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4m using approved stout props and thick hardwood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (a)25mm to 30mm thick shuttering without staging in foundation.

Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.

Excavation for Structures: Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, removing, spreading or stacking of spoils within a lead of 150 m. as directed and including trimming the sides of the trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom, and backfilling with approved material complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge . I) In all sorts of soil excluding marshy soil & rocks (soft or hard) by manual means A) upto 3 m depth; i) With pumping out water including shoring as required.

Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil for making embankments, repairs to the embankment, closing breaches etc. as per profile including supply and transporting the earth by truck or tractor or any other mechanical means on land , including loading, transporting, unloading and stacking with all lifts bothways and head load where necessary and depositing the same on embankments, clannels, filling depressions in requisite profile, levelling as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge within a lead of A) Beyond 4.00 km and upto 5.00 km NB :- Measurement to be taken on the basis of stack measurement / prepost work section measurement after deduction of void as per norms. No extra payment will be made for stacking. Note:For compensation for earth for land owned and arranged by the contractor add Rs. 25.00 per cum extra over rate of E/W for land owned/arranged by the Department. Royalty Charges on earth @ 29.00 per cum and cesses charges @ Rs. 5.30 Per Cum (i.e Rs. 15.00 per 100 cft), as per Govt. notification, which will be paid on production of necessary document in support of payment made towards the royalties and cesses.

Labour charges for collecting or taking out displaced cement concrete or brick blocks of all sizes from slope, bed or apron and relaying the same in canal bed or slopes including clearing, dressing, ramming and preparing bed with necessary earthwork complete within a lead of 200 metre and all lifts complete.

Providing and laying pre-cast brick block pitching of required size (53 Cm. x 53 Cm, x 25 Cm. or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge ) with 1st class kiln burnt bricks in cement mortar including flush pointing on all faces except exposed face which to be plastered with 19 m.m. thick cement plaster , curing, dressing, ramming & preparing subgrade in slopes & bed complete with necessary earth work not exceeding 300 mm in depth with all leads & lifts including cost of all materials/ blocks up to site by all means of transport. The gap between adjacent blocks will not be more than 10 m.m. (Sand, cement mortar mix for making blocks, pointing & plastering is 1:4) .

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary. A) (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface]; i) With 1:4 cement mortar; a) 15 mm thick plaster. [Cement: PPC/PSC/OPC 33.]

Mixing Superplastisizer in concrete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of cost of superplastisizer. A) Carboxylate based.

Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : A) On timber or plastered surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) - i) Two coats (with any shade except white).
