The bidder must have satisfactorily completed at least one work of 'similar in nature' under the Government Sector within the last 5 financial years. The gross monetary value of this work should be at least ₹ 74.71 Lakh or ₹ 120.07 Lakh. This value is 30% of the amount put to tender for single bidders and 60% for Consortium/JV. The work should be of similar nature, specifically protection work, including river, canal, pond, embankment, road, or coastal protection works. The minimum gross notional value of the major item desired is ₹ 74.71 Lakh or ₹ 120.07 Lakh, which is 40% of the major items of the BOQ for protection work. Additionally, the bidder should have completed similar works with a value equal to or exceeding 25% of the Tender BOQ or above. For Consortiums or Joint Ventures, each constituent must have at least 20% of the tender value as their individual average of annual turnovers from business in any three financial years within the zone of the last five financial years. The average annual financial turnover of the bidder should be at least 30% of the amount put to tender, and for Consortium/JV, it should be at least 90% of the amount of the tender. The average of Gross Annual Turnover of the bidder, except for Consortiums and Joint Ventures, for any three financial years within the immediate preceding five financial years, should be at least ₹ 104.48 Lakh (30% of the Amount put to Tender). For Consortiums or Joint Ventures, this value should be at least ₹ 313.44 Lakh (90% of the Amount put to Tender).
