The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the execution of similar items. The bidder must have satisfactorily completed at least one work of ‘similar in nature’ under Government Sector within the last five financial years, with a gross monetary value of ₹64.55 Lakh. This value should be at least 30% of the amount put to tender of the work for which the bidder chooses to participate. For Consortium/JV, this percentage is 60%. The work should be of similar nature, such as protection work, including river/canal/pond/embankment/road/coastal protection works. The minimum gross notional value of these major items should be ₹78.77 Lakh, which is 40% of the major items in the BOQ. The bidder's Prior Work Credential should match with at least one of the major items or conglomeration of items stated in the minimum PQ Credential. The monetary value of each of the 'major items' or 'conglomeration of items' contained in the 'BOQ' is to be multiplied by a factor of 0.40 to arrive at the minimum required Technical PQ Credential. For Consortiums or Joint Ventures, the multiplying factor of 0.40 should be considered as 0.80 of combined values of the BOQ. The average annual financial turnover requirements are stated as at least 30% of the amount put to tender for the bidder, and at least 90% for Consortiums/JV. The gross notional amount calculated from the Credential Certificate (CC) of a single similar work should be at least 30% of the amount put to tender, which is the Tender Value. For Consortium/JV, the sum of gross notional value of work in respect of the CC of individual entities for works of similar in nature should be at least 60% of the amount put to tender.
