The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. (Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members only in finished work as per IS specified weight. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat, rivets, bolts and nuts may be make by adding the actual weight of such items with the weight of finished structural members or 7% of weight for finished structural members weighing not less than 22.5 Kg. / m. or 15 % of weight for finished structal members weighing less than 22.5 Kg. / m. may be increased allow for bracket, cleat, rivet, bolts and nuts etc. and no seperate payment being made for these items, as per direction of Engineer In Charge. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5% extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond initiial 8m. or part thereof.) Best Seasoned wood work in shutters, posts, plates, rafters, battens, trusses, beams, purlins, bargas, wheel-guards, running boards, frames etc. including supplying at site, handling, hoisting, fitting & fixing in position excluding the cost of bolt and nuts only but including the cost of nails and screws with cost and carriage of all materials complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil for making embankments, repairs to the embankment, closing breaches etc. as per profile including supply and transporting the earth by truck or tractor or any other mechanical means on land , including loading, transporting, unloading and stacking with all lifts bothways and head load where necessary and depositing the same on embankments, clannels, filling depressions in requisite profile, levelling as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge within a lead of, C) Beyond 2.00 km and upto 3.00 km NB :- Measurement to be taken on the basis of stack measurement / prepost work section measurement after deduction of void as per norms. No extra payment will be made for stacking. Note:The rate is inclusive of royalty charges and compensation of earth for land owned/ arranged by the contractor. Royalty payment certificate in original form competent authority asked to be produced along with the bill, otherwise amount due towards royalty @ Rs.29.00 /Cum will be deducted from the bill of works.

Supplying to site empty cement polythene bags (capacity 50kg) in good condition including stacking, incedental charges etc. all complete(capacity 50 kg).

Labour charges for filling empty cement gunny bag / polythene bag (capacity 50 kg) with all kinds of earth (wet or dry), sand or agreegates(stone / brick) and sewing as done in case of cement bags ,( tying with a knot after filling will not be accepted ) , and stacking within a lead of 30 metre as per direction of Engr-in-charge (cost is excluding the cost of any types of filling materials). NB:- Volume of earth/ sand filled bags should not be less than 0.028 cum/ bag.

Dumping in position earth / sand filled gunny / poly bags (capacity 50 kg) within a lead of 30 metre inclusive of all lifts

Labour charges for taking out old wood work including cutting bolts and nuts and stacking within a lead of 100 metre etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (The quantum should be corrected upto 3 decimels)

Taking out Jhaw / Eucalyptus piles from river bed or from elsewhere including carrying, stacking materials in the nearest stack yard. (b) Above 17.5 cm. and up to 25 cm. diameter

Brick soling with picked jhama bricks including preparation of bed asnecessary with brick joints properly filled in and packed with powderedearth and including necessary cushion of similar material below thesoling (and in between layers when more than one layer is used) completes as per direction. (c) Soling or dry pavement with one brick-on-edge on a layer of brick flat (thicknass 125 mm. plus 75 mm.)

Brick edging 75 mm wide with picked jhama bricks, laid true to line and level including cutting necessary trench in soil or in hard metalled surface, laying the bricks and repacking the trench (on both side of the edging) with spoils and ramming the same thoroughly complete as per direction.
