Driving M.S. sheet piles of any kind of approved type and size conforming to IS code in all kinds of soil/ soil mixed with gravel, shingle & pebbles, by monkey hammer including handling, cutting to requisite size, drilling holes, hoisting in position, welding, fabrication of sets of tapper piles, corner piles etc. with clutch bars as may be required including staging, scaffolding and hire charges of driving machinery and equiepments, craping and cleaning piles, painting the sufrace with one coat of surface primer of approved make and brand and two coats of ready mixed oil bound paint (except red lead and black japan) etc including all cost of labours, supply and carriage of equipments to site (by any mean) as per drawing and direction of EIC but excluding the cost of sheet piles. Providing and laying Cement concrete Wearing coat M-30 grade with graded stone chips 19mm down including screening and cleaning approved stone chips and sand as necessary laying, finishing complete to camber and grade, curing with water, including cost and carriage of all materials and hire charges for form work including reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications vide clause no. 2702 of MoRT&H’s Specification for Road & Bridge Works.

Painting the vertical end faces of posts, wheel guards or railing or parapet with alternate bands of different colours as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with approved synthetic enamel paint. b) Two Coats

Earthwork in filling in foundation trenches with good earth in layers not exceeding 15cm. including watering and ramming layer by layer complete with earth obtained from excavation of foundation or from fresh excavation of land arranged by Department within a lead of 150 m.

Cast-in-situ cement concrete blocks or lining units as per designed section and specification, in nominal mix proportion 1:1.5:3 (corresponding to M20 Grade) with well graded 20mm down stone metal aggregate, laid in position by casting in alternative panels or otherwise to keep a gap of 12mm between the adjacent units, over a layer of polythene sheet of thickness not less than 100 µm to act as a separator between the bottom surface of the block and the sand cushion / filter material laid below the blocks, including dressing, ramming, shuttering, finishing the exposed surface by trowel without adding any additional cement and sand mortar, curing and filling the gaps between the adjacent units by 5.6mm down coarse aggregate to be compacted properly, with all leads and lifts including supply and carriage of all materials, complete, without the cost of sand cushion / filter.

Construction and fabrication of temporary structure for shoring around work site by supply of hot rolled non alloy steel U type or Z type MS sheet pile conforming to IS 2314-1986 with the designation ISPS 2222U or EN - 10248 (European standard) of nearest equivalent section to the BIS specification having mass per metre of the ‘U’ type or 'Z'type MS sheet pile conforming to EN 10248 shall be within + 5% of the mass per metre of the corresponding v type or 'Z'type MS sheet pile conforming to IS: 2314- 1986, excluding permissible tolerances as specified in the relevant standards, minimum yield strength of the section should be 430 N/mm2, minimum thickness (excluding tolerance) should not be less than 9.0 mm. including supply and fixing of ISMB/ISMC supporting steel structures weighing not less than 22.50 Kg./m. required for construction of Sheet Pile Wall and Driving of sheet piles, supporting structure etc. by vibro-hammer and carriage of all equipment including cost of material at site as per drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-charge and Extraction of the driven sheet pile and supporting structure carefully by chain pulley block or equivalent arrangement after completion of the work and taking back the sheet pile etc. as salvaged materials complete from the working site by the agency. The cost is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges, carriage of materials to site and taking back of extracted salvaged materials all complete in all respect.

Earthwork in excavation in the canals / drainage channels / borrow pits / River bed / slope of bank as noted below as per designed section & throwing the spoils in layers of 25 cm. for making banks as per profile or to deposit the same in any other place within an initial lead of 30 metre and initial lift of 1.5 metre including breaking clods, rough dressing etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (a) Ordinary soil/local soil/soil mixed with moorum or kankar/silt dry or moist/slushy silt/sticky soil.

Disposal/carriage of excavated earth / materials outside Government land by truck or by any other conveyance over kancha / pucca road including making access for plying the truck or any other conveyance beyond 300 m and upto a distance of 5.00 km from the excavated point including cost of stacking, loading, unloading, transporting, arrangement of land, if required by agency, spreading and levelling as necessary etc. complete. Measurement: By stacks at loading point after deducting voids as per rule. (This item can only be used after obtaining permission from the concerned Superintending Engineer).

Taking out bullah wailing pieces after removing nuts, bolts and iron nails and stacking the same within 150 metre from the site of work including sorting out and stacking serviceable meterials.

Cutting bullah by saw at level desired by the Engineer-in-Charge and marking the same by paint and stacking the same upto 60 metre lead and all lifts complete. (a) Bullah of dia upto 15 cm.

Water Bound Macadam Sub Base by consolidating Jhama metal / Laterite chelly or stone metal / shingles of specific size in hard crust to requisite thickness (measuredaftercompaction) in layers including screening of metals etc. as necessary, hand packing, sweeping, watering and rolling in stages with power roller to proper line, grade andcamber, lighting, guarding & barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side where necessary to protect edges and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling and rolling all complete including the cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machineries and compacting to the requireddensity, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) For Construction of Sub Base by consolidating Jhama metal (63 mm to 45 mm) with moorum screening Add cost at site of 1.09 m3 of jhama metal and 0.26 m3 of moorum screening (loose volume) to arrive at the consolidated rate.

Supplying, spreading and consolidating Moorum to a depth of 75 mm at desired density and C.B.R. as per specification with power roller to proper gradient and camber including watering as necessary, and lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary to protect the edges and curing with water for 2 to 3days, mending cracks by rolling where necessary including all incidental charges of roller, cost of fuel & lubricants etc. complete as per specification. Add cost at site of the materials to arrive at the complete rate. The compaction factor may be taken as 0.67. (The payment is to be made on the basis of the finished compacted volume of moorum.)

Supplying, fitting and fixing Stainless Steel railing consist of 38mm dia and 900mm height vertical balustrade at every two alternative steps, 50mm dia top rail, 3 (three) nos 19mm dia horizontal Strainless steel pipe and base/cover plate with Strainless Steel GRADE 304 containing 7.5% nickle (Interior Grade) Brushed/Mat finish, complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
