AMC for Comprehensive operation and maintenance (O & M) for 5 (five) years of the trash skimmer or similar suitable machine. Cost of AMC Including cost of man power for operation & supervision, machine security at site (ESI & EPF as applicable as per prevailing norms) and all man & machinery Cost needed for Loading & Unloading of machine (Floating Trash skimmer or similar machine ) for Shifting of machine from one site to another site. AMC should cover the maintenance of complete machine including all accesories, attachments, supply of all necessary spares and materials as needed for maintenance including service personnel to keep the machine in operating condition round the year as per direction of E.I.C. The machine/ equipment shall be operated 8 hours per day. (Fuel cost excluded for this item)

All spares parts shuld be readily availabe at site for preventive maintenance of machine. For, break down maintenance required spare parts should be made available at site and repair work should be completed within two days from date & time of notice.

23. Demonstration of working of machine at actual worksite to be essentially provided by the participating bidders. This is to be ensured before concerned Prebid meeting

24. Compatibility of machine with minimum/ maximum canal section to be ensured.

PART-B

Hire charges of suitable machine (including all charges for manpower, operation, fuel,security, loading, unloading, launching for work, shifting, transportation or other incidental charges etc ) such as trash skimmer/amphibian excavator/ drain-master/ excavator/ floating robotic boat or similar machine to be deployed at dtrainage channel for cleaning and removal of water hyacinth including weeds, thick and throny floating jungles, other debris including floating debris, sludge and slush mixed with all sorts of industrial waste, solid/semi- solid compact mass formed due to water hyacinth in combination with industrial wastes, carcasses, municipoal garbage sludge, polypacks, plastics, gunny bags, thick and thorny jungles and long grass etc and depositing, stacking, spreading the same on the canal bank or a suitable nearby location and disposal of same as directed by Engineer-in-charge (including all leads and lifts complete)
