Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. a) In ground floor including roof.

Supplying a) Hot Rolled Non-Alloy Steel Sheet Pilling, Z-Type or U-Type, with Larssen Interlock as per EN 10248-1 : 1996 & EN 10248-2:1996, Steel name S430GP, & number 1.0523 (both as per EN-10027), Classification Quality Steel (QS) as per EN 10020, having minimum yield strength of 430 N/mm², at worksite including all statutory taxes, duties and incidental charges, for use in (a) all sorts of hydraulic structures and (b) below structural flood walls / as cut off walls on top of embankments, constructed to lower the phreatic lines, having minimum thickness, mass and Section modulus within the permissible range as shown below : (i) Range of minimum thickness (excluding tolerance) at any part in mm (tmin) : 8.5tmin9.5 (ii) Range of Mass (Kg / sq.m) : 105M120 (iii) Range of Section Modulus (cm3) :1600 Z 2200 N.B: Inspection of Sheet piles should be as per Cl. 2.6.1.3 (b) of the 6th Addenda & Corrigenda issued on 3rd May 2021, to the Unified Schedule of Rates of Irrigation & Waterways Department brought out from December 2018.

Driving Non alloy steel M S sheet piles of any kind of approved type and size conforming to I.S. 2314 - 1986 / EN 10248 in all kinds of soil/ soil mixed with gravel, shingle & pebbles, by vibro-sinker including handling, cutting to requisite size, drilling holes, hoisting in position, welding, fabrication of sets of tapper piles, corner piles etc. with clutch bars as may be required including staging, scaffolding and hire charges of driving machinery and quipments, scraping and cleaning piles, painting the surface with one coat of surface primer of approved make and brand and two coats of ready mixed oil bound paint (except red lead and black japan) etc. including all cost of labours, supply and carriage of equipmemnts to site (by any mean) as per drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of sheet piles. NB:- 1) Measurement of area underground to be taken i.e. straight length of pile multiplied by driven length). 2) Selectionof type and designation of sheet piles shall strictly be in accordance with the provisions of para 2.6.1 : Specification and type of sheet piles" as stated in " A : Addenda" in the 3rd addenda & Corrigenda to the Unified Schedule of Rates of the Irrigation & Waterways Department, brought out with effect from 19th january 2018 "

Drilling holes of requisite diameter in R.S. joists channels, tees. Plates etc. (b) (I) Dia.above 12mm and depth upto 10 mm

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (When the height of a particular floor is more than 4 m. the equivalent floor height shall be taken as 4 m. and extra for works beyond the initial 4 m. ht. shall be allowed under 12 (e) for every 4 m. or part thereof) (a) 25 mm. to 30 mm. thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. Supplying Jhaw / Eucalyptus bullah piles at work site, including dressing and making one end pointed. (ii) 15 cm av. Diameter

Labour for driving Jhaw / Eucalyptus bullah piles by monkey in all sorts of soil including hoisting and placing piles in position, protecting the pile head with iron ring and cutting and shaping heads before and after driving and including hire and labour for necessary driving appliances and all tackles. (ii) 15 cm av. diameter

Supplying, fitting and fixing with iron nails half split bullah wailing pieces and cross pieces etc. complete with cost of all materials and carriage to site. (a) Width of thinner end above 10 cm. and less than 15 cm. (i) Jhaw / Eucalyptus.

Supplying, dressing and stacking at site bamboo pins above 5 cm. dia. and upto 7.5 cm. dia.(Dia to be measured at mid length).

Driving bamboo pins in standing or flowing water including scaffolding and driving appliances. (a) Where boats are not necessary

Supplying to site empty cement polythene bags (capacity 50kg) in good condition including stacking, incedental charges etc. all complete (capacity 50 kg).

Labour charges for filling empty cement gunny bag / polythene bag (capacity 50 kg) with all kinds of earth (wet or dry), sand or agreegates(stone / brick) and sewing as done in case of cement bags ,( tying with a knot after filling willnot beaccepted ) , andstacking withina lead of 30 metre as per direction of Engr-in-charge (cost is excluding the cost of any types of filling materials). NB: Volume of earth/sand filled bags should not be less than 0.028 cum/bag.

Dumping in position earth / sand filled gunny / poly bags (capacity 50 kg) within a lead of 30 metre inclusive of all lifts.

Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil for making embankments, repairs to the embankment, closing breaches etc. as per profile including supply and transporting the earth by truck or tractor or any other mechanical means on land , including loading, transporting, unloading and stacking with all lifts bothways and head load where necessary and depositing the same on embankments, clannels, filling depressions in requisite profile, levelling as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge within a lead of, C) Beyond 4.00 km and upto 5.00 km

Taking out bullah wailing pieces after removing nuts, bolts and iron nails and stacking the same within 150 metre from the site of work including sorting out and stacking serviceable meterials.

Taking out Jhaw / Eucalyptus piles from river bed or from elsewhere including carrying, stacking materials in the nearest stack yard. (a) Up to 17.5 cm. diamete

Taking out old bamboo pins from piling and stacking the same within 150 metre from the site of work. (a) Where boats are not necessary.

Removing earth/sand filled poly bags/gunny bags from the channel bed/slope and initially depositing the same near channel bank at a place as directed by the Engineer-in Charge for measurement of Bag. & then disposing off the same at a distance not less than 150 metre from the channel site.

Making filter with well graded 40 mm. down ballasts and laying uniformly behind weep holes, below pitching on bed, side slopes including supply and carriage of all materials to site including preparing bed with earthwork up to 30 cm. depth, where necessary and compacting with wooden malllet after laying to achieve designed section as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (measurements will be on finished work /in stack after deducting necessary void). (b) 1st. class Brick Ballast.

Providing and Laying pre-cast brick block pitching of required size (53 cmx53cmx25cm or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge) with 1st class kiln burnt bricks in cement mortar including flush pointing on all faces except exposed face which to be plastered with 19 mm thick cement plaster, curing, dressing, ramming & preparing subgrade in slopes & bed complete with necessary earth work not excedding 300 mm in depth with all leads & lifts including cost of all materials/ blocks up to site by all means of transport. the gap between adjacent blocks will not be more than 10 mm. (Sand, cement mortar for making blocks , pointing & plastering -1:4)

Fabrication , Supply, erection and commissioning of new Slide type vertical lift regulator service gates of Distributtories / Branch Canal / Minor Canal / Channel as per IS : 5620 - 2000 / Latest Revision consisting of skin plate, vertical and horizontal girder, stiffener etc. made of MS material consisting of angle, channel, beam, plate, flat etc. conforming to IS : 2062 - 2011 / Latest revision manufactured as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer - in - charge. The cost includes cost of Materials, Machinaries, manpower, cutting Aligning, drilling, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriage and overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting).ŽŽ›

Erection and commissioning of embeded parts consisting of seal beam, Guide channel with all accessories for vertical gate of canal/river made of MS material consisting of angle, channel, beam, plate, flat, etc. conforming to IS : 2062 -2011/latest revision manufactured as per approved drawing and direction including cost of Materials, Machinaries , Manpower, Cutting, Aligning, Anchoring, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriage and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting). Remarks: Cost for civil works to be taken from PWD (R) directorate seperatly

Supplying fitting and fixing screw rod having square thread of 1.5 / 2 T.P.I. Material bright steel [EN 8 / EN 9 / Forgrd CL 4 45 C8 as per IS 1875 1992 (Latest revision) dia and thread length as required and providing with a drilled hole of required dia on the other end after flattened and supplying with one no. bolt and nut of required size and all other components as required as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge The cost includes cost of Materials, Machineries, Manpower, Cutting, Aligning, drilling, Welding, Finishing, Consumbles like cutting tools, emari paper, cloths, hire charges of machineries tools and tackles, greeze, mobil etc. including carriage, loading, unloading as per direction of Engineer in Charge. a) Upto length 3 metre.

Supplying fitting and fixing M/S fabricated wheel in the screw hoisting system of lifting and lowering the draw shutter. The wheel consisting of suitable size ms hub to accomodate any size of G.M/C.I nut. The rim dia 32 mm and four nos arm of wheel are made of minor dia 30 mm. & major dia 36mm. dia rod complete as per approved drawing & direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The cost includes cost of materials, man power employed for dismantling and fitting fixing consumbles like cutting tools, welding rod hire charges of machineries like bending machine, lathe machinegrinding machine, welding set tools & tackles etc. including carriage loading and unloading (a) Upto 60 cm. dia. Cast Iron wheel.

Supplying, fifling & fixing Gun Metal Nut as per requirement having 1.5/2 T.P.I square thread for screw gearing arrangement, perfectly metting with the screw rod/gear rod for lifting the draw shutter as per direction of E.I.C. The cost includes cost of materials, man power employed, consumables like cutting tools, emery paper, cloths, , hire charges of machineries, tools & tackles etc including carriage loading & unloading.

Supplying fitting and fixing M/S fabricated pedestal stool of suitable size consisting of bottom plate, top plate, four nos. legs etc.fabricated with suitable sizes m.s. plate, m.s. angle conforming to IS 2062 of latest revision as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer in charge. The cost includes cost of materials, man power employed dismantling and fitting fixing civil works consumbles like cutting tools, gas, oxygen, welding rod anchor bolt of required size hire charges of machineries like gas cutting set, welding set, tools and tackles etc. including carriage loading and unloading Ž

Cost for supplying and fifling fixing of Flat rubber seal (Make : Universal Moulders & Engineer/Popular Rubber Works (Pvt) Ltd/ S B Industries/Unique Polymer Works/equivelant approved make conforming to lS : 11855 -2011/Latest Revision) for different types of gate shutter as per direction of E.I.C. The cost includes cost of man power employed for fitting fixing, cost of rubber seal, hire charges of tools & tackles, scaffolding and safety equipments etc including carriage loading & unloading but excluding supply of ms clamp/ flat plate, bolts, nuts and washer. a) 65mm x 6 mm.

Painting with ready mixed Black Japan of approved make and brand including smoothening surface. b) Two coats.

Sypplying of M.S bolt with nut for clamping Rubber seal as per direction of EIC

.Oiling, cleaning & greasing the gate parts i.e guide channel, top runner, pedestal block, gear rods, wheel, fish plate etc. with suffi cient lubricant as and when required for the regulator gates of distributories / branch canal/ minor canal/channel as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials to site complete with all lead & lift.
