The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. For subletting of work, the subcontractor shall have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required. Additionally, for works without composite components, each non-lead member of the Joint Venture (JV) must have completed one similar single work for a minimum of 1/3 of the advertised value of the tender. For works with composite components, each non-lead member of the JV must have completed one similar work for a minimum of 1/3 of the cost of any component of work mentioned in the technical eligibility criteria. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 07 (seven) years as the time frame for completing similar works - 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender - 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender - 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender - 35% of the value of the work to be subletted - 1/3 (one-third) of the advertised value of the tender or the cost of any component of work for similar works completed by non-lead members of the JV - Rs 50 lakh as the amount for subletting of work that does not require previous work experience.
