The values mentioned for eligibility requirements are: - 10% of bid quantity for past performance - 15% margin of purchase preference/price band - 25% percentage of total quantity for contract award to MSE Seller The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: - Udyam Registration, which should be validated online through the Udyam Registration portal. - Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of the local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made. - Certified Audited Balance Sheets. - Certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details.
