Air Cooled Scroll Chiller a)Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of modular/ Inverter type scroll type air cooled water chilling machine each having minimum cooling capacity at 40 degC shall be as follows. Modules shall operate in master slave combination with automatic run time equalization between the modules b)Nominal conditions: c)Cooling: EWT & LWT shall be 12 & 7 Deg C. Minimum COP 3.35 at Nominal conditions (35 degC) d)Each module to have scroll compressor as per OEM design, complete with step capacity control etc, as per specifications. e)Suitable Nos & suitable capacity squirrel cage induction motor with class 'F' insulation suitable for operation on 415 volts +10% , 50 Hz, A.C. supply. f)Suitable Nos. & suitable capacity starting arrangement as per OEM standard g)Modular design chiller with the provision of added units as an when required. h)1 No. - Matching Air Cooled condenser with copper tubes and aluminium fins and 2 speed fans for noise control. i)1 No. - Matching Cooler of BPHE/ shell & tube type type. j)1 Lot - Refrigerant piping fittings, valves, accessories to inter connect compressor, condenser, chiller and expansion valve. k)Modbus communiation card with open protocol, with master slave combination for multiple units connected. l)1 Set - Control panel with display comprising of Controls. It shall also be equipped with protection and monitoring devices such as H/L Pressure switch/ Thermal and Current Overload Protector m)1 Lot - DP/ Flow switches at inlet and outlet of chiller, water drain & air purge valves, wherever required. n)Lot- suction line and chiller insulation o)Lot-frame work for mounting the above condenser, chiller, compressor and motor with base plate complete with antivibration pads/ springs. p)Lot- Initial/ first charge of refrigerant gas & compressor oil duly charged at factory.

The Pump / M otor shall confirm to IE2 Standard (minimum) and 81.4% Efficiency (Overall pumping system). 150 mm dia dial type pressure gauges for inlet & outlet, mounted on common MS base plate, complete as per specifications etc. with canopy for outdoor installationas required. Vendor to check the pump head before quote.
