Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Totally Type Tested Assemblies(TTA) as per IEC 61439, floor mounted Indoor type, Power control centre(PCC panel) made out of 14SWG CRCA sheet steel material. This should be modular type compartmentalised, dust and vermin proof, mounted on angle iron frame of suitable size of the following types (Strictly as per ANNEXURE - VI ) attached herewith. The details are given below :-

Panel-1 (DG AMF Cum Main LT Panel) - Qty = 01 No. It comprises of 5 panel LT PCC unit each Incoming unit having 630A, EDO type, 4 Pole Microprosser based releases(O/L, E/F, S/C) compact, modular type, motorised Air Circuit Breaker with Ics=Icu=Icw for 1 sec of the following features :- Incoming ACB units - 02 Set. 1st no. is for Raw Power & 2nd no. is for DG Power through DG unit. There should be Electrical & mechanical interlocking between the 1st & 2nd ACB units with AMF Controller. So that either of the incomings will be "ON" at any time. Note :- (1) The Raw power ACB will be the "Master" switchgear and the DG ACB will be the 'Slave" switchgear. (2) Sequence for logic operation - When there is outage of Raw power, the DG ACB will automatically be switched to "ON" position to deliver the power. After restoration of Raw power the DG ACB will switch over to the "OFF" position and "Master" Raw power ACB will be switched "ON" automatically to deliver power. However, the power delivery will be always through the ON line UPS Distribution Panel. Outgoing unit - (1) 1 Set, 630 A, 4 Pole, 36 kA Microprosser based released MCCB with O/L, E/F, S/C protection releases., this is for 300 KVA "ON line" UPS incoming unit., which is for on line UPS supply should be always in 'ON' position. The power distribution will be always through the 300 KVA "ON line" UPS. (2) 1 Set, 630 A, 4 Pole, 36 kA Microprosser based released MCCB with O/L, E/F, S/C protection releases., this is for Bypass supply to UPS unit to the Distribution Panel. (3) 1 Set, 250 A , 4 Pole 25 kA Thermal magnetic release MCCB with O/L, E/F, S/C protection releases, this is for supply to Non UPS load.Metering Arrangement :- All meters should be of Digital type. The Incoming ACB(for Raw Power) should have Digital Voltmeter, Ammeter with CTs & MFM. Indication for ACB :- ON. OFF, TRIP, Spring charge, TRIP cut healthy etc.Common Bus bar :- The Busbar should be Copper TPN 630 amps capacity with coloured insulated & sleeved and having short circuit withstanding capacity 50 kA for 1 Sec. Approx Dimension :- As per design calculation of TTA Panel Earth Bar: Should be with 50mm X 6mm Aluminium flat covering the entire length of the panel. Colour :- Should be power coated with 'OPALING GREEN' .Make:- L&T, Legrand, Siemens, Schneider, ABB (ACB, MCCB, MCB, Digital Ammeter, Voltmeter). Approved Panel Fabricators :- Authorised TTA Panel Fabricator of L&T, Legrand, Siemens, Schneider, ABB. Note:- All MCCB units should have arrangement of ON,OFF,TRIP indications, extended rotary handle & spreader links for terminations and Ics = 100% Icu.

Panel-2 (Load Distribution Panel) - Qty = 01 No. SITC of 10 Panel "ON line" UPS Power Distribution unit will be of the following features :-Incoming unit - (1) 1 Set, 630 A, 4 Pole, Manual On Load Changeover Switch. (2) 1 Set, 630 A, 4 Pole, 36 kA Microprosser based released MCCB with O/L, E/F, S/C protection releases.Note :- In Changeover Switch connection - One Supply from 300 KVA UPS outgoing power and another Supply from Main LT panel directly. So that Power Supply will be maintained at any time through Bypasss Power from Main LT Panel during any breakdown of UPS unit. Outgoing unit - 1) 250 A , 4 Pole 25 kA Thermal magnetic release MCCB = 04 Nos.2) 125 A , 4 Pole 25 kA Thermal magnetic release MCCB = 03 Nos.3) 63 A , 4 Pole 10 kA MCB = 04 Nos. Metering Arrangement :- The Incoming unit should have of Digital type Voltmeter, Ammeter with CTs & MFM. The other outgoing units with MCCB should have Ammeter with suitable range of CTs. Common Bus bar :- The Busbar should be Copper TPN 630 amps capacity with coloured insulated & sleeved and having short circuit withstanding capacity 50 kA for 1 Sec. Approx Dimension :- 1800 mm x 2000 mm x 600 mm Earth Bar: Should be with 50mm X 6mm Aluminium flat covering the entire length of the panel. Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial, made of 25 mm dia 300 mm long, G.I. tube, having single prong at top, with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick G.I. base plate including holes etc. complete as required.

Jointing of G.I. tape (with another G I tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by Welding with 4 inch. Overlapping over the tape and anti corrosive paint on the joint. etc as required.

Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For horizontal run)

Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For vertical run)

Providing and fixing testing joint, made of 20 mm X 3 mm thick G.I. strip, 125 mm long, with 4 nos. of G.I. bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and spring washers etc. complete as required.

Modication of Sub Station: Supply,erection, testing and commissioning of 4 Pole MCCB Microprocesser based releases in the Existing LT Panel Vacate cubical in Sub Station No. -11.The MCCB is to be fixed on suitable iron base and plate as required as per site condition. The details are given below :- 1) Supply & Fixing of 800 A, 4P, 36kA, Ics =100% Icu Microprocesser based released MCCB with Rotary Handle inside the Existing LT Panel Vacate cubical. The Job includes arrangement of 1.6 mm thick painted M.S plate for fixing MCCB in the LT Panel cubical, supported by iron angle to carry the loads with painting of all the structure to prevent rusting as required. 2) Arrangement of TPN Aluminum Bus bars of suitable rating for fixing with the main 4000 Amps. Aluminum Bus bars of the existing LT Panel, making drilled holes and fixing with spring washers, double nut bolts etc. as required. Note : i) The Interested bidders are requested to visit the site, so that the Job involved could be ascertained by them before quoting the rates. ii) The GA diagrame in this regard showing the plan for executing the work should be attached for appoval.

Fire Fighting (Part-B) : Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the entire Fire Alarm & smoke detection system and Portable fire extinguishers. This includes the wiring with 1CX1.5 sq. mm, 1100 Volts PVC insulated Copper cables for loop distibution wiring through ISI marked PVC conduits with PVC saddles, bends, tees etc. for connection the Detectors, Hooters, MCPs from 4 zone fire alarm panel of the following types & quantity :- Make :- Fire Alarm & smoke detection system :- Notifier(Honeywell)/Jonson Control/Cerberus(Simence)/ BOSCH or Equiv. approved by EIC Portable fire extinguishers :- Minimax/Minilec/Ceasfire/Fire Shield or Equiv. approved by EIC Wire :- 1100 volt grade.
