Comprehensive Annual maintenance of Walk in Cold Room (Size : 10 ft X 15 ft X 7 ft. )which shall include the gas charging, including replacement of compressors and repair/replacement of fan motor, repair/replacement of all minor and major parts -

Dismantling, reinstallation, copper pipe connection, Electrical wiring, Gas charging, drain pipe connection etc. and commissioning of Hi-wall split type airconditioning units of 1.0/1.5TR/2.0TR (both indoor & out door units)from any location of IISER Kolkata and to be shifted at any location within IISER Kolkata Campus as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. This work also includes the dismantling of the mounting accessories for outdoor/indoor unit from the previous location and refixing in the new location with required numbers of anchor fasteners, bolts , nuts and washers. Civil works such as drilling of holes in the wall for passing AC pipes, cables etc. and re-plastering with white cement to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge is under contractor’s scope. Drilling of holes should be done neatly by using suitable machines and accessories and should avoid extra chipping/damaging the walls inclusive of tools, transportation and labour complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of extra copper piping for Suction and Discharge line pair of standard size(thickness of copper tubing shall not be less than 0.80 mm.) suitable for 1.0/1.5TR/2.0TR AC units complete as required for AC re-installation work. (Make Cu Pipe : Rajco or equivalent)

Supplying and fixing of 9.0 mm thickness "Class-O" closed cell nitrile rubber tube insulation for suction and discharge line pair of standard size from indoor unit to outdoor unit with all accessories like heavy duty wrapping tape, UPVC nail saddle for fixing etc. complete as required exclusively during shifting of AC executed against item sl. no 3.0 above.(not to be considered for CMC) (Make: Insulaton-Armacell, Aeroflex, Supreme or equivalent)

Supplying and fixing of 3 core 2.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated unarmoured copper conductor cable for indoor to outdoor PCB supply confirming to IS:1554(Part-1) on surface etc. complete as required.(finolex/Havells/polycab/or equivalent)

3/4 Inch PVC Nylon Braided Drain Water Pipe with adequate supports as per specifications and instructions of Engineer-in charge.(Make: Plasto, Finolex,Supreme/or equivalent)

Supply and fixing of heavy duty AC Outdoor Unit Mounting Angle & Bracket made with thick CRC Steel with Weather Proof Powder Coating having weight carrying capacity minimum 150 Kgs complete with required numbers of 6 Nos M8x50mm Anchor Fasteners, 4 Nos. M8x35 mm bolts with nuts &washers, 4 Nos. M8x20mm bolts with nuts & washers. (Make: Reputed as approved by the Engr. in charge)

Refrigerant Gas filling – R32/R22 (for top up) exclusively for the requirement during shifting of AC executed against item sl no 3.0 above.(not to be considered for CMC)
