Supply, installation testing and commissioning of Indoor Double Door DC Power Pack Panel consist of two seperate cubicle,out of which, one cubicle for Battery Charger with Boost and float option and display showing current and voltage including seperate chamber for 2 nos. Exide 12V,180AH Lead Acid battery for 33 kv HT switch board control and realay function activation purpose & another cubicle for Battery Charger with Boost and float option and display showing current and voltage including seperate chamber for 2 nos. Exide 12V,180AH Lead Acid battery for 11 kv HT switch board control and realay function activation purpose, having lP 42 protection and made out of not less than 2.0 mm thick for load bearing members & 1.6 mm thick for doors, compartmentalized, epoxy powder coated treated in 7 tank process finish with following items, front and back both side openable, duly hinged doors with locking arrangement by providing both sides hold drafts and all hardware for fabrication of box. The cubical panel should be duly primered and epoxy painted.Cable entry from bottom suitable for I/c & O/g feeder. The Panel shall be fabricated in CPRI approved panel builder with approval of the Deptt.. Drawing of DC Power Pack shall be submitted for approval prior to fabrication

Annual servicing & maintenance/Health Check-up required for complete panels (VCB, Panel, CT/PT, Relays) for of 25 Nos. SIEMENS make 33 KV & 11 KV Vacuum Circuit Breakers

Transformer Oil Filtration & Dehydration of 5 MVA 33/11 kv CGL make Power Transformer ,with opening 3 nos HT bushing ,necessary replacement of New Gasket & Rubber Oil seal ,Opening 4 nos LT bushing Replace of gasket ,Rubber oil seal Oil filter with Stream Line Oil Filter Machine 250 Gallons Capacity per hour & B.D.V. Testing 50kv at 2.5 mm sparking gap at site including transportation of filtering machine, providing test certificate etc., as required.

Top up of transformer oil (as per IS 335/2018) in the conservator tank up to the minimum level after filtration of the transformer oil etc., as req.

Supplying and fixing of silica gel breather including removing the old breather etc., as required.

Providing and fixing of earth bus 50 MMx 5 MM copper strip on surface for connection etc. as required

Servicing of 1 MVA 11KV/415V HT Dry type Energy Pack make transformers along with repairing and servicing of RTCC Panel with marshalling box for 1 MVA Dry type transformers
