Dismantling of the existing units and Intstallation of the new ACs with copper pipe connection, Electrical wiring, Gas charging, drain pipe connection etc. and commissioning of Hi-wall split type airconditioning units of 1.5TR/2.0TR (both indoor & out door units) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. This work also includes the dismantling of the mounting accessories for existing outdoor/indoor unit from the previous location and refixing in the new location with required numbers of anchor fasteners, bolts , nuts and washers. Civil works such as drilling of holes in the wall for passing AC pipes, cables etc. and re-plastering with white cement to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge is under contractor’s scope. Drilling of holes should be done neatly by using suitable machines and accessories and should avoid extra chipping/damaging the walls inclusive of tools, transportation and labour complete as required.
