SITC of vintage look decorative pole with double arm swan bracket of 3 (three) Meter height made of grooved mild steel pipe (inner core) having bottom dia min 120 mm with 3 mm thick and top section minimum 80 mm Dia and 3 mm thick. Outer section covered with vintage designed cast aluminium embellishments with minimum 160 mm cross section on the bottom section and designer embellishments in middle/top sections and also in joint areas as per the design approved by the Institute. Sample design given in Annexure-VI. The artistically curved bracket arm made of pipe spruced up with floral and decorative embellishment is firmly held to the stem by way of clamps and the other end to facilitate the luminaries from the vertical axis of the bracket stem, also crowned at top with a designer tomb of proportionate height. GI mounting base plate minimum 300 mm Square x 16 mm thick Steel of grade E250 to IS 2062 : 2011 with 4 elongated holes suit M20 x 600mm anchor (J)bolts of grade 4.6 at CC180. The base plate should have a cable entry hole at the centre. The pole is coated with pure polyester powder coating or epoxy zinc phosphate primer and finished using environmentally stable polyurethane based paint (coating thickness 60-80 microns). The Pole shall be provided with Graphite grey / Antique Copper as standard colour options Note: Cost of pole foundation is not included in this item but supply of foundation bolts/nuts as mentioned in covered under this item.
