(In closed loop system) Supply, loading, unloading, packing and unpacking, testing and commissioning suitable complete horizontal/ vertical multistage centrifugal pumping set specially design for hot water applications having stainless steel (SS304) impellers & shaft and single mechanical seal TEFC type heavy duty with pumps suitable for 415 ± 10% ( 433 ± 10% )Volts, 3 Phase 50 cycles A.C supply complete with all standard accessories including , M.S.channel, base plate complete with vibration isolators. (suitable for hot water temperature up to 85 (90)deg C.). Each pump complete with Control Unit Panel for automatic Cold & Hot water circulation, manifolds as per the approval of Engineer-in-charge complete with base frame, necessary foundation as per requirement. Hot Water Storage Tank Modification /Rennovation The existing Hot water storage tanks to be used. Necessary modiifcation including all fitting, fixtures in Tank connection, insulation, outer cladding and complete in all respect shall be done as per system design requirement with proper precaution as per the approval of Engineer-in-charge. Nothing extra is payable for the same.

SUBJECT : BILL OF QUANTITIES FOR HOT WATER SYSTEM (LVH) i) AIR SOURCE HEAT PUMP FOR GENERATING HOT WATER Supply,loading, unloading, packing and unpacking, installation, testing and commissioning of Heat pumps using energy heat source from ambient air to Hot water of High efficiency and energy saving operation, capable of heating water at 50⁰ to 55 (60) ⁰C with silent operation (the sound level should not exceed 65 dB). The Heat Pump shall have LCD display with Differential Temperature control features and Microprocessor base control panel with built in diagnostic and trouble shooting information and an inbuilt cycle for defrosting in case icing occurs on evaporator including all other mounting, fitting and controls, all interconnecing wiring/cabling, Soft starters between heat pump and electric panel etc , necessary foundation complete in all repsect with but not limited to following specifications by maintaining all necessary safeties and compliances. The system will be installed on Terrace Floor of the mentioned buildings. Dismantling of the running existing Hot water system after completion of the new heat pump based hot water system , removing from the roof of the buildings (both MDC & LVH) with due care and transporting to the engineering godown in the campus including labours, equipments, transportation etc. as per the direction of the Engineer in charge in all respects. Nothing extra is payable for the same.

Comprehensive Annual maintenance after defect liability period for a period of 2 years for heat pump & it's associated accessories as per the direction of the Engineer in charge in all respects. Nothing extra is payable for the same.

Any job that is required to be executed on an emergency basis but not a part of this schedule will be executed on the basis of submission of original GST bill and necessary sufficient documents. Ten (10) percent of profit will be paid on the original bill values.
