Removal of Window type AC units (1.0/1.5 / 2.0 TR capacity): Removal of different makes & models Window type AC units from the specific location and keeping the dismantled AC units to store / place / location as indicated by the Engineer in charge within institute campus. This work is inclusive of making arrangement of covering / blocking open area with ply wooden board, nails, screw etc. (as applicable) and painting the same as required to meet the actual site requirement.

Removal of Split type AC units (1.0/1.5 / 2.0 TR capacity): Removal of Split type AC units Different makes & models from the specific location and keeping the dismantled AC units to store / place / location as indicated by the Engineer in charge within institute campus. This work is inclusive pump down of Compressor for restore the refrigerant gas, removal of refrigerant pipe lines, drain line, bracket etc. and making arrangement of covering the holes for split AC pipe lines and blocking of pocket with white cement or putty or ply wooden board (as applicable) as required to meet actual site requirement.

Re-installation of Split type AC Units (1.0/1.5 / 2.0 TR capacity): Standard complete re-installation including fully functional of Split type AC units (different makes & different models) for shifting the same from one place to another place as indicated by the Engineer in charge / Lab in charge within the institute campus. This work is inclusive of all necessary work like Overhauling & Servicing of AC units; fixing of outdoor bracket, Laying & fixing of Copper pipes with insulation, lapping tape, PVC casing & capping etc., laying & fixing of Electric Wires and Drain Pipes; Leak testing, required Refrigerant Gas charging, necessary ply wooden board fixing for installation of AC units and painting the same also covering the holes for split AC pipe lines and blocking of pocket with white cement or putty or ply wooden board (as applicable) as required to meet actual site requirement
