Comprehensive Annual Maintenance for different make & models of Split and Window type Air Conditioning units installed at different Laboratories / Rooms / Sections at CSIR-IICB, Jadavpur campus for their effective functioning throughout the period of One (01) year. This work will be including repairing / replacement of all necessary spare parts & consumable materials viz. Air filter, required Refrigerant gas, Capacitor, Compressor, P.C.B., Bracket, Base plate, Condenser & Evaporator Cooling Coil, Runner, Condenser Fan Blade, Copper pipes (Dia:1/4”,3/4”,3/8”,5/8”,1/2”), clear braided flexible PVC hose pipe, Three/ four core Electric wires, Condenser fan motor, Indoor fan motor, Dry cell / Batteries (for remote control units) etc. complete as required and as per standard engineering practice. Here the scope of work is inclusive of general servicing, Overhauling, Leak testing, required Refrigerant gas charging, cleaning (also see the scope of work), up keeping of Air Conditioning units. For this purpose all essential consumable & cleaning materials viz. Cloth, Cotton west, Soap detergent etc. are to be arranged by the AC units maintenance Contractor. All the consumable materials to use shall be of reputed make and or shall be used in consultation of concerned Section In-charge.
