Repair and Maintenance to AHU Central AC Plant 225TR 6 , Note. a. The contractor to visit the site to assess the present status of plant before commencement of work. Visiting charges of company representatives to be borne by the contractor. The unit rate quoted must be inclusive of all overheads. b. After Maintenance or repair work for AC Plant serviceability status and testing shall be carried in presence of GE or AGE and user rep with testing sheet completed. c. AC plant shall be repaired through OEM or Authorised Manufacture within authorised rep of company or contractor only and certificate to be attached at the time of completion. d. AHU and Hot water generator Sl No or MES No to be mentioned in the completion report with user rep signature. (v) Earthing or all safety measures to be checked before and after completion of the Job order.
