Bidders or their OEMs (either directly or through resellers) must have regularly manufactured and supplied the same or similar category products to central/state government organizations or PSUs for two years before the bid opening date. To meet this requirement, bidders must submit copies of relevant contracts showing the quantity supplied each financial year. For bids including multiple items, the primary product with the highest value must meet this criterion. Additionally, bidders must have supplied at least 10% of the bid quantity of the same or similar category products in at least one of the last three financial years before the bid opening date to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. Copies of relevant contracts proving the cumulative order quantity in any one financial year must be submitted. For bids with multiple items, the category related to the primary product with the highest bid value must meet this criterion.
