The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: - The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a certain number of Financial years. - The bidder should have experience in executing projects based on surveillance systems with any Central Govt/Defence establishment in the last 3 years. - The bidder should have successfully completed at least: - 3 projects costing at least Rs 30 Crore each, or - 2 projects costing at least Rs 40 Crore each, or - 1 project costing at least Rs 50 Crore. 2. Past Performance: 50% of past performance is considered. The values mentioned are: - Rs 30 Crore - Rs 40 Crore - Rs 50 Crore - 50% (weightage given to past performance) - 3 years (time period for executing projects) - 3 projects - 2 projects - 1 project Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: 1. Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made. 2. Udyam Registration and validation through Udyam Registration portal for MSEs. 3. Certificate from the statutory auditor or cost auditor for OEMs that are companies, and by a practicing cost accountant or a chartered accountant for OEMs other than companies, to certify the declaration relating to the percentage of local content. 4. ISO certification. 5. IS mark for the bidder's products.
