Supplying ready mixed concrete of M 25Grade with well graded stone chips of 20 mm nominal size containing designed quantity of cement per Cu.m of wet concrete produced in computerised batching plant under controlled condition using approved super plastisizer, designing concrete mix following I.S. 10262 and I.S. 456, transporting the mix with agitation in transit mixer to work site depositing the mix on a platform erected for the purpose at required levels of concreting and then placing the mix in its final location of form work, compacting and curing the same complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge including computerised batching plant transit mixer with all accessories vibrators etc. inclusive of all other incidental charges in this connection complete but excluding cost of hire charge of platform and its supporting staging which would be paid through separate item. Brick work with first class bricks in cement motar (1:4). In foundation and plinth.

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall dado, window sills, floor, drain etc.

Providing construction Joint at Concrete road with 12mm thick Thermokal Board in position including cutting to requisite size and shape all complete as per direction of Engineer -in -Charge.

Supplying Eucalyptus-bullah piles at work site, including dressing and making one end pointed. 125mm diameter

Coal tarring on wooden surfaces including cost of materials Single coat

Labour for driving Sal-bullah / Eucalyptus bullah piles by monkey in sorts of soil including hoisting and placing piles in position, protecting the pile head with iron ring and cutting and shaping heads before and after driving and including hire and labour for necessary driving appliances and all tackles 125mm diameter

Supplying fitting, fixing Darma mat in flowing or stagnant water or in dry areas with 16 SWG GI wire as per direction of the Engineerr-in-charge Where boats are not necessary

Supplying empty Cement bags in good condition.

Filling empty Cement bags with dry earth or sand,stitching the bag (cost of thread included) andcarrying and placing them in position and all incidental charges complete but excluding cost ofsand and gunny bags.

Labour for fitting and fixing 10 cm. to 13 cm. diameter Sal-bullah/Eucalyptus-bullah as ties and runners including necessary nails, bolts and nuts.r

Removal of surplus spoils/rubbish from work site, loading, unloading and carriage with truck to Municipal dumping yards

125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cementmortar (1:4) in ground floor

Add Maintenance Cost @ 10% on sum of item no 1.00 to 22( i.e on Amount Rs 1130552.99) for 10 years distance

Add GST @ 12% of 12436108.29

Add cess @ 1% of 13928441.29
