Single Brick Flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (6mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in gound floor as per relevant IS codes. Pakur variety.

Brick work with first class bricks in cement motar (1:4). In foundation and plinth.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding / staging where necessary (G.F.)[excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] 15mm thick 4:1.

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall dado, window sills, floor, drain etc.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m. Tor steel/Mild Steel. Other than SAIL/TATA/RINL

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor). Steel shuttering or 9 to 12 mm thick approved quality ply board shuttering in any concrete work.

Supplying ready mix concrete of M 20 Grade with well graded stone chips of 20 mm nominal size containing designed quantity of cement per Cu. M of wet concrete produced in computerised batching plant under controlled condition using approved superplastisizer designing concrete mix following I S 10262 & I S 456 transporting the mix with agitation in transit mixer to work site depositing the mix on a platform erected for the purpose at required levels of concreting & then placing the mix in its final locastion of form work compacting & curing the same complkte as per specification & direction of the Engineer - in - charge including computerised batching plant transit mixer with all accessories vibrators etc. inclusive of all other incidental charges in this connection complete but excluding cost of hire charge of platform & its supporting staging which would be paid through seperate n item. Dewatering by pump including all lifts and making all arrangements for disposal, where continuous flow or seepage of water is encountered and rating of pumps and hours of operations is ascertained as per direction of Engineer-in charge.
