Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) - (c) Steel shuttering or 9 to 12 mm thick approved quality ply board shuttering in any concrete work

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. (a) For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4m - (i) Tor steel/Mild Steel.

Supplying ready mixed concrete of M 40 Grade with well graded stone chips of 20 mm nominal size containing designed quantity of cement per Cu.m of wet concrete produced in computerised batching plant under controlled condition using approved super plastisizer, designing concrete mix following I.S. 10262 and I.S. 456, transporting the mix with agitation in transit mixer to work site depositing the mix on a platform erected for the purpose at required levels of concreting and then placing the mix in its final location of form work, compacting and curing the same complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge including computerised batching plant transit mixer with all accessories vibrators etc. inclusive of all other incidental charges in this connection complete but excluding cost of hire charge of platform and its supporting staging which would be paid through separate item. [cement to be supplied by the Manufacturer/ supplier] In ground floor and foundation.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level Elastomeric bearing conforming to IRC: 83(Part-II) Section IX and Clause 2005 of MoRT&H specifications complete including all accessories as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Positioning of a smart flagman with a yellow vest and a yellow cap and a red flag 600 x 600 mm securely fastened to a staff 1 m in length for guiding the traffic .

Loading, unloading & transporting precast fabricated slab and placing them in proper position etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Mastic Asphalt: Providing and laying Mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29 using approved coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, filler material and bitumen, prepared by using Mastic cooker including cost and carriage of all ingredients, cost of heating aggregates and binder, mixing in specified proportions conforming to approved Job Mix Formula and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, compacting, sealing the construction joints and surface finishing conforming to specifications including providing antiskid surface with bitumen pre-coated fine-grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less than 100°C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including the hire charges of all tools and plants and machinery, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants and all other incidental charges and quality control all complete as per Clause 516 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H(5th Revision). - (i) 50mm thickness

Painting with ready mixed red lead paint of approved make and brand : (a) One coat

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (b) On steel or other metal surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) - (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Portable Barricade in Construction Zone: Installation of a steel portable barricade with horizontal rail 300mm wide, 2.5 m in length fitted on a 'A' frame made with 45 x 45 x 5 mm angle iron section, 1.5 m in height, horizontal rail painted (2 coats) with yellow and white stripes, 150 mm in width at an angle of 450, 'A' frame painted with 2 coats of yellow paint, complete as per IRC:SP:55-2001.

Hire and labour charges for staging with sal bullah for super structure of bridge (Major and Minor) including stripping off and removing clearing on completion of work as per design and drawing approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling the gaps by PolySulphide sealant etc. all complete asper direction of E.I.C.
