Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with equired bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (c) steel shuttering or 9 to 12 mm thick approved quality ply board shuttering in any concrete work.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cuting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. (A) for works in foundation, basemnet and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4m ii. Other than SAIL/TATA/RINL.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.(i) Pakur Variety.

(A) Labour for fitting and fixing G.I. pipes above ground (exposed) in structures with holder bat clamps including cost of jointing materials, holder bat clamps etc.,as necessary, including cutting pipe, making threads etc. complete in all respect with two coats of painting with approved paint any height. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurement of the total pipeline including specials. Payment of painting will be paid seperately) (vi) 50 mm dia.

Protective and decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality and brand.in ground floor 2 (two) coat.

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. I) For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m

Provision of red fluorescent with white reflective sleeve traffic cone made of low density polyethylene LDPE materials with a square base of 390X390x35mm and height of 770mm, 4kg in waight placed at 1.5mm inaterval.

Flagman positioning of a smart flagman with a yellow vest and a yellow cap and a red flag 600X 600mm securely.

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary :b) On steel or other metal surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) -(iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)
