M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as directed by Campus Supdt.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 for laying of floor tiles as dierected.

M&L for 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1 : 4 as a backing coat for fixing of wall tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for joint free light shade vitrified tiles 10 mm thick (square / rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete. Make -Somany/Johnson/Orient

M&L for joint free Dark shade vitrified tiles 10 mm thick (square / rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete. Make -Somany/Johnson/Orient

All as per items No 7 above but in vertical surfaces complete all as directed.

Taking down shutters exceeding 1 Sqm and not exceeding 2 Sqm each and refixing in same opening complete all as directed.

M&L for fixing of designer/decorative veneer sheet of size 1.5 to 2 mm thick on shutter with adhesive including removing of existing veneer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

WALL PANELLING SCOPE OF WORK (i) Material and labour second class softwood plain fillets square rectangular/triangular section clean sawn and fixed with nails to existing wall of 30 cm centre to centre vertically and horizontally scantling required exceeding 13 sqcm but not exceeding 25 sqcm all as specified and directed. (ii) Material and labour 6mm thick plywood grade BWR, type BB fixed with nails to timber framework all as specified and directed. (iii) Fixing 3mm thick one side decorative veneered sheets with fevical over 6mm thick plywood with fixing of wooden beading for setting of veneered sheet. (Beading should be removed before polish) (iv) fixing of 2nd class softwood decorative beading to veneered for door/window jambs and cills and ceiling top where required. (v) Preparation of previously untreated veneered surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth, applying one coat of colour mix putty over veneered nails, after drying of putty remove the putty by sand paper and finishing coat with PU finish with spary over two coat of sealer under coating complete all as specified.

Ditto all as per specified in Ser No 13 above but fixing 19mm thick plywood grade BWR type BB fixed with nails to timber framework of sectional area not less than 50sqcm to existing wall 30cm centre to centre.

S & F designer venitian blinds vertical type 100mm wide slats made out of fabric cloth of approved shade fixed as per the instructions of manufacturers and all as specified by Campus Supdt. Make: Hanterdagluas/ Vista select/neha printed and exclusive shades.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) completete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, lights fitting etc remiving materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floor etc

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLS PVC insulated sheathed multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts drawn through and including rigid non metallic surface conduit medium grade ISI marked minimum 20mm dia and its accessories complete alongwith 1.5 Sqmm cable but in green colour as continuous earthing wire and connnecting to common earth duy completely concealed. Surface in walls/ceiling roofs with and including 1.2mm thick MS sheet terminal boxes duly fabricated flush mounting in the wall for mounting switches, switch socket combinations, fan regulators etc, as required with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover all as specified and directed for the following points.

(a) One light point controlled by one modular switch

(b) One three pin modular socket out let 5 Amp on independents board complete
