Supply and fixing 25 mm thick factory made white/cream colour rigid glazed solid PVC window glazed/wire mess shutter consisting of frame made out of MS tube of 19 gauze of size 15mmx15mm for style, top, bottom rail, MS frame shall have a coat of steel primer of approved make and manufactuers MS frame shall be covered with 4 mm thick sheet (3.75 mm PVC foam sheet lamnated with0.25 mm rigid PVC sheet) of density 900 kg/cum density manufactuered by an ISO-9000 cerified company, white colour rigid heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 62mmx25mmx50mm of the window shutter forming stiles and rails, glass panel and wire mesh will be fitted externally in the clear space available between stiles and rails and fixed using window shutter PVC beading of size 12 mm x 8 mm complete all as per manufactuers specification. Supply fabricating and fixing of anodised aluminium door of extrusion aluminium section including frame (Chowkhat) complete, consisting of frame vertical and horizontal members, of size 104mmx44.45mmx1.8mm thick. Vertical style of door shutter of size 85mmx44.45mmx1.8mm thick. Top, middle and bottom rial of size 85mmx44.45x1.8mm thick and fixing 5 mm thick plain/tinted sheet glass of Modi guard/Atul or prelaminated particle board 9 to 10mm thick of make Kit Ply with aluminium bedding and rubber gasket/beading including frosted film as desired fixing of hydraulic floor spring one in single leaf or two nos in double leaf door of Make Kelvin/Evershine. One mortice lock for aluminium door (each), 01 No 300 mm long aluminium sliding door bolt with 3 Nos staple and two aluminium tower bolts for each door. Fixed with rawl plug including rectification of floor/wall to match the existing surfaces. All as specified and as directed by Campus Supdt at site.

S&F for anodised aluminium window three track sliding type with frames including 5mm thick tinted glass, stainless steel wire cloath 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40 mm fixed with standard rubber gasket, aluminium beadings and joining cleat for fixing including locking devices complete all as specified. Supply and fixing 100 mm size Butt hinges medium weight cold rolled mild steel and fixed.

Supply and fixing Brass barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed 150 mm long.

Supply and fixing 4 mm thick sheet glass selected quality fixed in window, door, ventilatior erc n. exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cm (1:6), finished even and smooth (Without using extra cement ) complete

M&L for applying two to three mm coat of Birla/ JK wall putty & preparation of surfaces for further treatment and after prepration of surfaces, applying two coats of oil bound distemper over & including a coat of primer on new sufaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for two coats of Apex weather proof ultima asian paint over a one coat of smart care damp proof primer (1st quality ) Asian paint after removal of previous coat from brick/stone/concrete . All as specified and directed by Campus Supdt Note : Rate should be including of one coat of primer, two coat of Apex and Scaffolding.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.
