Connecting the equipment’s body to earth bus bar including S & F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipment’s incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Fabrication, Supply & Installation of double door outdoor type both side openable feeder pillar box. Size of the box – (1.2M x 0.6m x 1.4M) construction having crown top made by CRCA sheet (Crown top and support frame by 3mm and rest of part by 2mm) with powder coated paint. Angle iron for frame work and base channel or angle leg shall be provided at the bottom as per weight of feeder pillar. Well ventilation, locking arrangement dust proof, two point for body ear-thing and proper support for incoming and out-going cable shall also be provided. The feeder pillar has comprising of 600 ampere copper bus-bar with separate compartment (3 phase neutral shall be high conductivities electrolytic copper high PVC heat shrinkable sleeves with suitable colour coding. The material shall have copper containing of minimum 99.9%) including supply of digital voltmeter (500V), ampere meter (500A), CT coil, danger board, fuse unit with indicator lamp etc. The feeder pillar shall have provision for 2nos MCCB (incomer) with TPN on-load front operated change over switch and 4nos. MCCB(out-going) with separate compartment for each part, including supply of proper size of copper bar to inter-connection of incomer and out-going switches and internal wiring complete set on brick foundation (size of the foundation 4.5’ x 2.5’ x 4.5’) including necessary plaster & neat cement punning as per the satisfaction & direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Front size of feeder pillar is 18.08 sq. ft.)

Fabrication, supply & Installation of double door outdoor type both side openable joint box (Size of the box 500mm X 450mm X 600mm) construction having crown top made of CRCA sheet (Crown top and gland plate 3mm and body by 2mm) with powder coated paint. Angle frame and leg shall be provided. The joint box comprising of 250A TPN Aluminium bus-bar with well locking arrangement, dust proof, two point of body ear-thing and proper support for incomer and out-going cable shall also be provided. The complete joint box to be install on brick foundation (size of the foundation 2.5’ x 5.5’ x 4’ also the foundation may be varying as per the site position) including necessary plaster & neat cement punning as per the satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. front size 2.42 sq. ft.
