Fabricating, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position reinforcement bars of all diameters to RCC work and binding with 18 SWG black annealed binding wire (double fold) etc., all complete as per drawings and specifications at the following levels. The rate shall include cost of materials, cost of binding wire, pvc cover blocks as specified, labour, loading and unloading, transportation, scaffolding and all other incidental charges etc., with all leads and lifts, complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge . (Payments will be based on actual approved BBS qty. Only authorized laps, chairs and spacers will be measured and paid for) - (REINFORCEMENT BARS SUPPLIED BY VENDOR) - SAIL, TATA. RINL or approved by E.I.C. High yield strength ( TMT bars ) confirming to IS-1786 of Fe 500 grade.

Providing & fixing formwork with 12mm thick Plastic coated plywood with wooden frame work, bolts, nuts, MS span, MS Jacks, MS pipes ties, fasteners, necessary supports, etc., upto 5m height ( Design of Formwork, supporting system and staging to be approved by the Consultant prior to commencement of work). Rate should be inclusive of chemical releasing agent, joint tape for water tight joints, formwork of any shape, size and thickness, including propping, scaffolding, equipments, strutting, bracing, staging, preparing of surface for placing formwork, access platform, de-shuttering, cost of materials, labour, loading and unloading, transportation and all other incidental charges etc., with all leads and lifts, complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels.

Preparing the surface, providing & applying plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) with lime rendering to uneven surface like internal masonry, jambs etc., including hacking to RCC surfaces, scraping, cleaning the surface, rounding of corners wherever required and specified, forming grooves wherever necessary. The work shall include cost of materials, labour, curing, loading and unloading, transportation, scaffolding and all other incidental charges etc., with all leads and lifts, complete as per drawings, specifications, at the following levels and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Preparing the surface, providing and applying two coats of Plastic premium Emulsion paint of approved brand, quality, colour etc., as per IS 5411: Part 1 : 1974 over one coat of putty & two coats of primer of approved make as per manufacturer's recommendation including the cost of necessary sand papering, scaffolding, materials, labour, loading and unloading, tools & plants, transportation, roller finish, filling up with approved crack filler, binder, the surface should be thoroughly cleaned and wetted before painting, cleaning and protecting till the handing over of site to the Employer with necessary leads & lifts, all other incidental charges etc., complete as per drawings, specifications at the following levels and as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. For Internal Walls

Rendering the Surface of walls and ceiling with White Cement base WATER PROOF wall putty of approved make & brand.(1.5 mm thick)

Providing and laying vitrified tiles flooring of approved sizes, thickness, 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, color and uniform shade, with water absorption less than 0.08%, to proper level, set on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4, including fixing of tiles with cement slurry and pointing the tile joints with approved quality and colour pigmented, cement based tile joint filler grouts (ROFF-tile mate cementitious joint filler or equivalent) to match the shade of tiles, oxalic acid washing, tiles spacer etc., The rate shall include for cost of providing and laying patterns, borders, inlays, cost of materials, wastages, labour, tools & plants, loading and unloading charges, transportation , curing, all other incidental charges, etc ., complete with all leads and lifts as per specifications and drawings at the following levels and as per the instructions of Engineer in Charge. (Base price ( FOR site basis exclusive of all taxes/duties) of Vitrified tile - Rs. 80 per sq.ft.)

Providing and fixing Glazed tiles of approved sizes, thickness, 1st quality conforming to IS:13630 of approved make, color and uniform shade, set in cement mortar 1:4 of average 20mm thick, including fixing of tiles with cement slurry and pointing the tile joints with approved quality and colour pigmented, cement based tile joint filler grouts (ROFF-tile mate cementitious joint filler or equivalent) to match the shade of tiles, oxalic acid washing, tiles spacer etc., The rate shall include for cost of materials, wastages, labour, tools & plants, chasing of wall if any, loading and unloading charges, transportation , curing, all other incidental charges, etc ., complete with all leads and lifts as per specifications and drawings at the following levels and as per the instructions of Engineer in Charge. (Base price (FOR site basis exclusive of all taxes/duties) of Glazed tiles - Rs. 70 per sq.ft.)

Providing and fixing factory made door frame (single rebate) made of single piece extruded solid PVC profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin (the door frame is to be made with single piece extruded solid pvc profile whereas no sheet pasted profile shall be applied for door frame fabrication)approved make, including providing and fixing of approved make suitable shutter and shall be fixed to wall as per instructions of Engineer – in – charge

Design, Supply, Fabrication and Fixing of fixed louvre ventilator of approved colour, powder coated Finished in minimum 60 micron thickness (as per AAMA2604 & BS6496) duly fitted with Jindal/Hindalco/NALCO/BALCO/DOMAL or equivalent aluminium extrusion profiles, DOMAL or equivalent standard accessories & fittings, subframe and glass complete as per design, details and specification given in the drawing and approved by the architect, including all hardware and consumables, sealing of joints with Clear Weather Silicone Sealant of approved make, all complete as directed. All the frames to be fixed using suitable universal fastners of HILTI or equivalent make.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Flat back urinal (half stall urinal) in white vitreous chinaware of approved make in position

Chromium plated Hand shower 70mm dia Round Shape Single flow with Flexible Tube & fittings(Equivalent to Code No. ESH-5512 & Model -Tropical / Sumthing Special of ESSCO or similarSupplying,fitting and fixing 32 mm dia. Flush Pipe of approved make with necessary fixing materials and clamps complete.

Wash basin vitreous china of approved make (without fittings) supplied,fitted and fixed in position on 75mm X 75 mm X 75 mm woodblocks and C.I. brackets including two coats of painting of C.I. brackets.

Suppling, fitting and fixing Wall mounted water closet of white glazed vitreous chinaware of approved make and brand in position complete with necessary nut and boalts (Equivalent to Code No. 20061 or 92065 & Model Studio or Rubbic of Hidware or equivalent.)

Supplying, fitting and fixing 15 mm swan neck tap with left & right hand operating nob with aerator

Supply of UPVC pipes (B Type) & fittings conforming to IS-13592-1992(1/2 inch)

Supply , fitting and fixing of Door lock and Door handle of approved make and as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.
