Fabrication, Supply & Installation of double door outdoor type both side openable feeder pillar box. construction having crown top made of CRCA sheet (Crown top and support frame by 3mm and rest of part by 2mm) with powder coated paint, base channel or angle leg should be provided at the bottom as per the weight of feeder pillar. Well ventilation, locking arrangement, dust proof, two point of body ear-thing including fuse unit with indicator lamp, danger board, and proper support for incomer and out-going cable shall also be provided. The feeder pillar should have comprising 600 ampere or 400 amperes (as per required and approve by the EIC) copper bus-bar with separate compartment (3phase neutral shall be high conductive electrolytic copper with PVC heat shrinkable sleeves with suitable colour coding. The material shall have copper containing of 99.9%). The feeder pillar should have provision for TPN SFU / MCCB as incomer and out-going with separate compartment including supply the proper size of copper bar or copper flexible wire to interconnection with in-comer and out-going SFU / MCCB including internal wiring complete set in all respect. The feeder pillar to be install in the brick foundation including necessary plaster, neat cement and punning as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Box size (1M x 0.6M x 1.2M) front size 12.91 sq. ft. provision for 1(one) No. (200A/250A as required) TPN MCCB as incomer and 4 Nos. (63A/125A/200A as required) TPN MCCB as out-going. The size of the brick foundation (4’ x 2.5’ x 4’)
