Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open foundation with or without reinforcements, in any part of foundation of bridges / culverts with graded stone chips of appropriate nominal sizes, including screening and cleaning of coarse aggregates, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, cost of curing with water, including cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge, cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. including cost of formwork but excluding reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications. Plant Mix Method: Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material, mixing in Wet Mix Plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface in proper grade and camber, compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, including lighting, guarding, barricading, including cost of all materials, machinery, tools and plants and cost of quality control complete as per Clause 401 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). Supplying and Providing pakur stone and chips stone dust and speading and compacting the stone aggregates to WMM (Wet Mix Macadam) Sepecification including screening of aggregates and granular materials, mixing the materials in proper grading using Mechanical Mixer, adding water to achieve required O.M.C carrying the mix to work site using tipper truck within a lead of 10 KM. laying the mix materials in unform thickness over prepared surface rolling with 8 to 10 ton roller in stages to proper grade, camber, until the desired density is achieve including cost and carriage of all materials, machinary fuel and lubricants including incidental cost for lighting, guarding, barricading, making of earthen bundh to protect the edges, controlling trafic etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge in cluding cost of quality control materials required per M3 of WMM Pakur Stone chips a) 0.396 Cum. of 37.5 mm, b) 0.264 Cum. of 13.2 mm, c) 0.356 Cum. of 5.6 mm, d) 0.304 Cum. of Stone Dust Ref:- Derived Rate.

Supplying and Laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with contrete grade as specified as per table 1 of IS 15658:2006) manufactured in steel mould clamped to a vibrating table by hydrolic pressure (as per cl. no. 6.30 of IRC:SP:63(2018), from BIS sicense manufaturer, with pressure nib (Small protruding profiles on the verticle space of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gape in between the paving blocks, as per cl. no. 3.26 of IS:15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ration ) the ratio of length to thickness of a paver blocks, as per sl. no. 3.3 of IS:15658) as per table 2 of IS:15658 with flexural strength/ breaking load as per annexure G of IS:15658, on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per table 1 of IRC SP 63(2018) or lese as maintained in designed and drawing with a cushion of compected bedding sand of 25 - 35 mm thick (grading of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joints filling sand (the grading of joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP-63) and completing the edgs with cut blocks as per cl. no. 8.7 of IRC SP.63(2018) with proper confinement of grading and joints filling sands, compaction, levelling and filling up the edge gape. 120 mm thick (gray). Providing and laying bituminous macadam with Mobile Hot Mix Plant (Light Duty) using approved crushed aggregates of specified grading as per Table 500.7 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface at specified laying temperature by means of approved and suitable arrangements to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled with suitable power roller for break down, inter-mediate and finished rolling as per specification to achieve the desired compaction including cost and carriage of stone materials and bitumen, hire charges of machinery and equipment, cost of fuel and lubricants and wages of operational staff, quality control complete as per Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). Open-Graded Premix Surfacing using Viscosity grade Paving Bitumen and HMP. Providing, laying and rolling of Open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm (@ 0.018 m³ per m²) and 11.2 mm (@ 0.009 m³ per m²) size stone aggregates, including thoroughly cleaning of the surface, screening, cleaning and pre-heating stone chips and fully pre-coating the same either using viscosity grade paving bitumen or cut-back or emulsion, carrying the mixture by tipper trucks or by any other suitable arrangements, laying the mixture uniformly over the surface with paver finisher, including manual operations as and when required for proper line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in Hot Mix Plant and thoroughly rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades including the cost and carriage of stone chips and matrix, heating the matrix, preheating the aggregates to required temperature and including the hire charges of Hot Mix Plant and other machinery, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants etc. complete as per Clause 510 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). Providing and laying Premixed Seal Coat (Type B) with approved quality sand/grit @ 0.6 m3/ 100 m2 and bitumen binder on thoroughly cleaned black top surface, including heating and mixing cleaned sand/grit (100 % passing through 2.36 mm sieve and retained on 180 micron sieve) uniformly with bitumen binder, laying and spreading the mix at an uniform rate using suitable means, brushing the surface, if necessary, to ensure uniformity, followed by rolling with power roller including the cost and carriage of binder and aggregates, cost of heating the binder and aggregates and all other incidental charges, cost of fuel and lubricants, including hire charges of machineries, tools & plants required for construction and quality control complete as per Clause 511 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). Providing and applying bituminous Primer Coat for priming of base course with Cationic bituminous emulsion of approved grade and requisite quantity including preparation of the surface to be primed, through cleaning and sweeping, uprooting weeds, grass etc. dampening the surface beforehand spraying the primer using sprayer mounted on distributor truck or with hand sprayer using mechanical pump including cost and carriage of bitumen emuldion and all other incidental costs of work. b) For surface with medium porosity (@ 10.5 Kg/10 M2). Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS:887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). Water Bound Macadam Sub Base by consolidating Jhama metal / Laterite chelly or stone metal / shingles of specific size in hard crust to requisite thickness (measured after compaction) in layers including screening of metals etc. as necessary, hand packing, sweeping, watering and rolling in stages with power roller to proper line, grade and camber, lighting, guarding & barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side where necessary to protect edges and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling and rolling all complete including the cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machineries and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).
