Wet Mix Macadam Base Course: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including screening of aggregates and granular materials, premixing the material with water at OMC in Wet Mix Plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with Paver in Sub- base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, including supply of all materials, machinery, fuel and lubricants, including incidental costs for lighting, guarding, barricading, making earthen bundh to protect the edges including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 406 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision) Ref:- Derived Rate.

Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 and requisite quantity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) For WBM / WMM Surface: (with primer @ 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm) Ref:- Derived Rate.

Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS:887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) On Bituminous Surface (Using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm.)

Providing and laying bituminious concrete (BC) with Hot mix plant, using coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler materials and bituminous binder of required specification including screening, cleaning of chips and preparing a uniform and quality mix in Hot Mix Plant and ensuring a homogeneous mix, in which all particles of the mineral aggregates are coated uniformly, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying the mixed materials at specified laying temperature with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment over prepared surface coated with tack coat, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers for break down, inter-mediate and finished rolling to achieve the desired density of at least 98% of that of Laboratory Marshall specimen, including cost and carriage of bitumen, coarse and fine aggregates and filler materials and hire charges of machinery and equipment for construction and quality control, fuels and lubricants and wages of operational staff complete as per Clause 507 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (bitumen 60/70 packed /bulk-137 Kg. /Cum., 13.2 mm chips -20%, 11.2 mm chips-20%, 5.6 mm chips -20%, stone dast-40%, Filler @ 2% (Lime stone dust-45 kg/cum). (a) 40 mm compacted thickness. Supply, spreading and consolidating laterite boulder of 90 mm to 45 mm size in hard crust to requisite thickness (measured after compaction) in layers including screening of metal etc. as necessary, hand packing, sweeping, watering and rolling in stages with power roller to proper line, grade and camber, lighting, guarding & barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one meter width on each side where necessary to protect edges and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling and rolling all complete including teh cost of all materials and hire and labur charges of all man and machineries and as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6). (a) In foundation and plinth Ref:- PWD(B)-17-18, Pg-15, It-8(a)(3rd Corrigenda)

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (i) With 1:6cement mortar. Providing and fixing typical citizen information board constructed with BFS, PCC, 250 mm & 125 mm brick wall (1:4) with necessary rule pointing, including supply & fixing of white marble stone (1100mm X 800mm X 18mm) with black colour engraved lettering as per the enclosed drawing.
