Day to day operation and maintenance of water reverse osmosis plant arrangements (1000 LPH) including using the chemicals and materials supplied as per Annexure – A (1). The work envisaged under this tender are as follows- (a) Supply of Chemicals such as antiscalent, citric acid, caustic soda with all necessary materials, lead, lift , taxes etc complete and as directed by the Engineer –in-Charge at site of work. (b) Supply of Bio chemical (for membrane cleaning) with all necessary materials, lead, lift taxes etc complete and as directed by the Engineer –in-Charge at site of work. (c) Supply and fixing of slim cartridge with all necessary materials, lead, lift taxes etc complete and as directed by the Engineer –in-Charge at site of work. (d) Maintenance of pumps such as oiling, greasing, motor shaft, pipes, minor & major rectification and replacement of minor & major parts such as nuts & bolts etc, pipes of small quantity, minor & major parts of pumps, electrical wiring etc (e) Cleaning the unit of the plant and tanks regularly, backwashing and dosing of chemicals as required time to time. (f) Removing the existing media and supply and filling of carbon media for activated carbon filter without damaging the plant, pipeline and other accessories and leading the removed media as per applicable norms with all necessary materials, labour, lead, lift, transport, taxes etc., complete. Supply of Spare parts and accessories as and when required for reverse osmosis plants (as per Annexure –A1. (g) The replacement and re-fixing of defective spare parts is part of operation and maintenance contract and no separate payment will be paid only cost of spare parts found defective. (h) Operation and maintenance of the plant by employing qualified technician as required and as directed by Engineer in charge. (i) The cost quoted shall be also inclusive of supply of pH paper box, lubricants, free chlorine detector, etc required during maintenance period. (j) Periodic testing ( at least once in a month ) and obtaining test reports of output water for physical, chemical and micro-biological parameters as per specifications laid down in IS 10500:2012 (k) Any other necessary routine maintenance work, all kinds of minor & major repair/replacement of part/components/Plants and other works related works/ activities as may be necessary for installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of 1(One) no. RO- Water Treatment Plant during the Service Period
