The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar nature of works with specific minimum values and percentages of the estimated amount put to tender. For the first call, the bidder should have completed a work with a minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender during the last 5 years. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed 2 similar nature of works, each with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during the last 5 years. Another option is to have one single running work of similar nature. For the 2nd call, the bidder should have completed a similar nature of work with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during the last 5 years. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed 2 similar nature of works, each with a minimum value of 25% of the estimated amount put to tender during the last 5 years. For the 3rd and subsequent calls, the bidder should have completed projects similar in nature with more than 20% of the project cost executed during the last five years. The annual turnover from the contracting business should be at least 40% of the amount put to tender. The bidder needs to provide credentials of the completed works, including the name of the work, contract price, percentage of participation, and dates of start and completion of the work. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - 40% of the estimated amount put to tender - 30% of the estimated amount put to tender (for 2 similar works) - 25% of the estimated amount put to tender (for 2 similar works in the 2nd call) - 20% of the project cost (for 3rd and subsequent calls) The contract price for similar works completed should be mentioned in Indian Rs. (in crores). The bidder should produce credentials of the completed work, and in the case of running works, a certificate of satisfactory running work from the concerned Executive Engineer or equivalent competent authority is required.
