Providing & fixing factory made 30 mm thick factory made solid pvc door shuttermade out of single piece extruded solid pvc profile . The style & rails shall be ofsize of 75 x 30 mm having wall thickness of 5 mm. The style and top bottom railshall have one side a thickness of 15 mm integrally extruded on the hinge side ofthe profile for better screw holding power. 15 mm thickness shall be of singlepiece extruded solid pvc profile whereas it shall be not be made of sheet pastedprofile) . The styles and rails will be metered cut and join with thehelp of pvc solvent cement, self tapping screw and braket of size 200 x 75 mm /welded at each corner. Single piece extruded solid pvc lockrail of size 100 x 30mm with a wall thickness 5 mm & 15 mm integrally extruded in the middle oflockrail & fixed with styles with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven selftapping screws of size 100mm x 8mm complete as per manufacturersspecifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.a) Factory made Single piece non decorative extruded PVC profiles doorshutter(mat / plain finish)

Plum Concrete work with 40 % Cement Concrete with 30 mm down graded stone metal and 60% stone boulder of size 150 mm and above, placed in position as directed excluding shuttering if any.

Construction of Septic tank of different capacities as per approved drawing with 1st class brick work in cement mortar (4:1) including two 560 mm dia. R.C.C. manhloe cover of approved make supplied, fitted and fixied in the top slab with necessary fittings, 19 mm thick cement plaster(4:1) with neat cement finish to the internal surfaces and 12 mm thick plaster(4:1) to outside wall upto 200 mm below G.L. floor finished with 25 mm thick grey artificial stone including supplying, fitting and fixing all necessary specials, fittings, S.W. tees, C.I. foot rest etc. including excavating earth in all sorts of soil, shoring, bailing and pumping out water as necessary, ramming, dressing the bed and refilling the sides of the tank with earth, removing spoils, fliing up the chamber with clear water, removing foreign materialsfrom the chamber and including constructing attached inspection pit as per approved dawing and connecting all necessary pipes, joints etc. with internal plaster work and artificial stone flooring is to be done with admixture of water proofing compound @ 5% by weight of cement, complete in all respect as per directon of Engineer-in-Charge.For 20 users

Supply of PVC pipes & fittings of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD-1785 and threaded to match with G.I. Pipes as per IS:1239 (Part-I).

Cast Iron fittings for soil pipe line conforming to I.S. 1729/1970 including jointing and fitting and fiixing in position and painting two coats to the exposed surface complete including cost of all materials & labour.(Payment of painting will be paid seperately.).

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4)
