(up to roof of ground floor). (a) 25 mm. to 30 mm. thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of the Engineer-in-charge. .

125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor..

Plaster ( to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering conrners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ground floor). (A) M.S. structural works with hollow in roof trusses with tubular sections (TATA make suare or rectangular shape conforming to IS: 806- 1957 & IS: 1161- 1958) connected to one another with bracket,gusset,cleats as per design, drawing & direction of Engineer-In-Charge complete including cutting to requisite size, fabrication with necessary metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1956 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS: 814- 1957, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of all M.S. Hollow section, all consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour required for execution and all incidental charges (such as electricity, labour insurance) etc. complete.(Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members of M.S. Hollow section as specified in relevent IS code in finished work. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat may be made by adding the actual weight of such items with the weight of finished structural members. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8m./ 2nd. floor leves from the ground. Add 1.5% extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond initial 8m. or part therof.

Galvanized corrugated iron sheet work (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 10 mm. dia J or L hook-bolts, limpet and bitumen washers and putty complete with 150 mm. end lap and one corrugaion minimum side lap. ( payment to be made on area of finished work). (GCI sheet to be supplied by contractor). (i) roof (a) with 0.63mm thick sheet

Supplying, Fitting & Fixing Factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50 mmx47mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5 mm, PVC sheet mitercut at two corners and joined with two nos of 1.5 mm long brackets of 15 mm x15mm M.S. square tube. The two vertical door profiles are to be reinforced with 19mmx 19 mm M.S. Square tube of 19 gauge, weather seal to be provided throughout the frame. The door frame shall be fixed with the wall using 65/100 mm longM.S. Screws through the frame by using P.V.C fasteners. A minimum of 4 Nos ofscrews to be provided for each vertical member and minimum 2 Nos forhorizontal member etc. complete as per Manufacturer‟s specification anddirection of Engineer-in-Charge

PVC Door Shutter-30 mm thick:Supplying fitting and fixing P.V.C. door shutter of approved quality & shade inposition, the style & rail of the P.V.C. door shutter will be made of rigid P.V.C.multicavity hollow chamber of 59 mm x30 mm section with 2.0 mm (+/-0.2 mm)wall thickness.Horizontal & vertical section shall be fixed to each other by selftapping screws and 1 solid polymeric or M.S. galvanised tubular 'L' shapedbracket 100mm x 200mm in each corner of the shutter frame for placing hinges.Polymer based multicavity hollow section of 120 mm x30mm with 2.0 mm (+/- 0.2mm) wall thickness will be fitted in the middle, reinforced by solid polymer bar of200 mm long at both ends and screws from both sides as lock rail. The sectionframe will then be fitted in by PVC panels of size 100 mmx25 mm with wallthickness of 1.2 mm (+/- 0.2 mm) and 2 nos. of 6 mm dia bright rod will beinserted horizontally with both side check and nut system and stretches wherefixing of hinges / hasp bolt / tower bolt / door ring are required to be strongenough to with stand wear and tear. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials,labour, and hire of tools and plants and appliancesi/c carriage of all materialstaxes and all other incidental charges complete

Iron butt hinges of approved quality fitted and fixed with steel screws, with ISI mark. (vii) 100 mm x 58 mm x 1.90 mm.

Anodise aluminium barred/tower/socket bolt (full covered) of approved manufactured from extruded section conforming to I.S.204/74 fitted and Fixed with cadmium plated screws:. (iv) 150 mm long x 10 mm dia. bolt.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Anglo-Indian W.C. in white glazed vitreous china ware of approved make complete in position with necessary bolts, nuts etc. With 'P' trap (with vent).

Supplying, fitting and fixing 10 litre P.V.C. low-down cistern conforming to I.S. Specification with P.V.C. fittings complete, C.I. brackets including two coats of painting to bracket etc.

Construction of Septic tank of different capacities as per approved drawing with 1st class brick work in cement mortar (4:1) including two 560 mm dia. R.C.C. manhloe cover of approved make supplied, fitted and fixied in the top slab with necessary fittings, 19 mm thick cement plaster(4:1) with neat cement finish to the internal surfaces and 12 mm thick plaster(4:1) to outside wall upto 200 mm below G.L. floor finished with 25 mm thick grey artificial stone including supplying, fitting and fixing all necessary specials, fittings, S.W. tees, C.I. foot rest etc. including excavating earth in all sorts of soil, shoring, bailing and pumping out water as necessary, ramming, dressing the bed and refilling the sides of the tank with earth, removing spoils, fliing up the chamber with clear water, removing foreign materialsfrom the chamber and including constructing attached inspection pit as per approved dawing and connecting all necessary pipes, joints etc. with internal plaster work and artificial stone flooring is to be done with admixture of water proofing compound @ 5% by weight of cement, complete in all respect as per directon of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wash basin white vitreous china of approved make (without fittings) supplied, fitted and fixed in position on 75mm X 75mm X 75mm wood blocks and C.I. Brackets including two coats of painting of C.I. Brackets. 550 mm x 400 mm size. 550 mm x 400 mm size.

Supplying fitting and fixing PVC pipes for underground work of apprpved of make Schedule 80(medium duty) conforming to ASTMD-1785 and threaded to match with G.I.
