Spreading and consolidating stone metals of specific sizes in hard crust to requisite thickness ( measured after compaction) in layers including screening the aggregates as necessary, hanpacking after spreading in uniform thickness, rolling with power roller in stages to proper grade and camberWater Bound Macadam Base Course (iii) Grading-II Aggregate (53 mm to 22.4 mm) Using Stone Screening Type B (11.2 mm)

Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 and requisite quantity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). For WBM / WMM Surface: (with primer @ 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm)

Laying tack coat using Catonic Emulsion (R.S or M.S grade) conferming to I.S 8887-1978 over Water Bound Macadam including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machineries……………all complete as per specification and dorection of Enginner-in-charge.(a) Tack coat oer water bound macadam surface @ 4 kg / 10 m2.

Open-Graded Premix Surfacing using Bitumenous ( Viscosity grade Paving bitumen/ modified bitumen ) Binder and mobile Hot Mix Plant ( Light Duty) Providing, laying and rolling of Open -graded premix surface of 20mm thicknrss composed of 13.2mm (@0.018 m3 per m2) and 11.2 mm (@ 0.009m3 oer m2) size stone aggregates, including throughly cleaning of the surface, screening,cleaning and pre- heating stone chips and fully pre-coating the same either using viscosity grade paving bitumen or cut-back or emulsion, carring the mixture by any suitable arrangements, laying the mixture uniformly over the surface,including line, grede and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base,including mixing in mobile hot mix plant( Light Duty) and thoroughly rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required leveland grades includingthe cost and carriage of stone chips and heating the matrixg the aggregates to required temperature and including the hirecharges of mobilehot mix plant (light Dutu)and other machinery, pay of operator, cost of fule and lubricants etc. complete ti be followed by seal coat of either type A or Type B as per Technical Speification clause 508 for Rural Roads of MORD.

Providing and laying Premixed Seal Coat (Type B) with approved quality sand/grit @ 0.6 m3/ 100 m2 and bitumen binder on thoroughly cleaned black top surface coated with tack coat, including heating and mixing cleaned sand/grit (100 % passing through 2.36 mm sieve and retained on 180 micron sieve) uniformly with bitumen binder, laying and spreading the mix at an uniform rate using suitable means, brushing the surface, if necessary, to ensure uniformity, followed by rolling with power roller including the cost and carriage of binder and aggregates, cost of heating the binder and aggregates and all other incidental charges, cost of fuel and lubricants, including hire charges of machineries, tools & plants required for construction and quality control complete as per Clause 511 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Earthwork in excvation for foundation of structures as per technical specification including setting out removing spreading or stacking spoils with in a lead of 150 m asdirected and including trimming the sides of trenches …… all complete as per d of Engineer-in- charge. I) In all sorts of soil excluding marshy soil and oft or hard) by manual means. iv) Work without pumping out water and without shoring.

Plum concrete work with cement concrete 1:3:6 with 30mm down graded stone metal 40 % and stone boulders of size 150mm and above placed in position as directedexcluding shuttring if any.

Rubble masonry in cement mortar 6:1 with hard dressed stones from approved quarries and clean washed coarse sand including costnand carriage of allnmaterials to worksiteballcomplete.

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, cross-drain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction.

Providing weep hole ( 150 x 75mm) in walls including packing brick bats or boulder of approved quality and size at the backside of walls etc. all complete.

Earth in filling in foundation trenches and at the back of abutments with good earth (sandy soil) in layers not exceeding 15 cm. including watering and ramming layer by layer complete with earth obtained by fresh excavation from land arranged by Department beyond 150 m. but within 300 m. including all lifts. Earth to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

"V" Type drain 60cm wide and 30cm deep with 150mm to 230mm thick dressed stone laid on edge including cement concrete, plastering and NCP cost and carriage of all materials to work site.
