The required prior work experience for the bidder varies depending on the call of NIeT. For the First Call of NIeT, the bidder should produce credentials of similar nature of completed work of the minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of this tender. Alternatively, the bidder can produce credentials of 2 similar nature of completed works each of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. For the 2nd Call of NIeT, the bidder should produce credentials of a similar nature of completed work of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of this tender. Alternatively, the bidder can produce credentials of 2 similar nature of completed works each of the minimum value of 25% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. For the 3rd Call of NIeT, the bidder should produce credentials of a similar nature of completed work of the minimum value of 20% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of this tender. The bidder can also produce credentials of one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more (for the First Call of NIeT), 75% or more (for the 2nd Call of NIeT), or 70% or more (for the 3rd Call of NIeT) value of which is not less than the desired value. Additionally, the bidder's Working Capital should not be less than 25% of the amount put to tender, and their own resource should be a minimum of 10% of the amount put to tender. The available Bid Capacity of the prospective applicant should not be less than the amount put to tender. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder is required to submit a certificate from employers for the up-to-date value of work completed, and the bidder's bid shall remain valid for a period of not less than 120 days after the deadline date for bid submission. A payment of 10% of the value of earthwork will be withheld from the bills in case of pit measurement.
