Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 82.5 -KVA, 415V, 50Hz, 3Ø silent DG Set, comprising of Engine, alternator, AMF control panel,Base frame, Fuel tank, CPCB-IV+ approved Engine & Acoustic Enclosure Governing class( as per ISO 8528 Part- V) : A0/G3, having following specifications :- ENGINE: Diesel enngine,1500 RPM, output 101.3 HP or higher, Prime duty, Liquid cooled, Number of cylinder- 4, aspiration- turbo charged and Intercooled, type of governer- Common rail electronic injection system, Fuel Tank Capacity of 130 Liters or higher , with Inlet & outlet arrangement with Drain Plug and Air vents. Engine instrument panel Consisting of starting switch with Key, Lube Oil Indicator, water temperature Indicator, RPM indicator and hour meter . Safety Controls : Emergency Stop, Low Lube Oil Pressure warning/ Shutdown, High Engine Water Temp. warning/ Shutdown, Sensor failure Indicator, Engine overspeed indicator, Battery charging and low battery indicator, Exhaust Silencer : Hospital Grade Silencer inside canopy with rain cap suitably optimized to meet stringent noise limit , Starting system : 24/12V, DC power srtarting system complete with starter motor, charging alternator with rectifier and Cutout as per manufacturer standard, . LOAD : Applicable for supplying power to varying electrical load for unlimited hours.. Battery : 24/12 V , Lead Acid, Low Maintenance or SMF with Low/High Battery Voltage and Weak Battery warning with leads and battery cable. Rated output : prime continuous rating as per ISO 8528-1. ALTERNATOR Rating : 415 V, 3Ph. 50 Hz, 82.5 KVA, Pf 0.8(lag) ,1500 rpm Type : Brushless, self excited and self regulated through an AVR conforming IS/IEC 60034-1 Insulation : H class Protection : screen-protected drip proof with Min.IP-23 degree of protection . AMF PANEL Inbuilt AMF panel suitable for controlling of 82.5 -KVA, 415V, 50Hz, 3Ø DG set inclusive of suitable fuses, indicators, control terminal, selector switch, Auto/Man selector switch, pilot lamps, copper bus bar, lugs, MCB channel, bolts & nuts, 2Nos MCCB and 2Nos power contactor as recommended by OEM of DG Set connections etc complete as required. ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE The DG set should have integrated acoustic enclosure with 11 tank process. High quality acoustict enclosure must be certified as per CPCB-IV+ norms.Top lifting for easy handling. Sound Level : 75 dBA at 1 meter distance. BASE FRAME Common fabricated base frame containing the engine , alternator, and AMF Panel mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook. Complete with 1st fill of lube oil and all all housed in sound proof acoustic enclosure. All parts/ assembly must be Engine Manufacturer/ OEM recommended.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mmx 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode , including connection/terminating with G.I. nut,bolt,spring washer etc. as required.(jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)
