15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 13.8.2 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Centering and shuttering with 12 mm thick shuttering plywood confirming to IS 4990:2011 and removal of form at all heights. Plywood will be supported on lock bars. Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars.

Tie brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) tile bricks of class designation 10 in plain arch work in superstructure above plinth and up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including centering and shuttering complete.

Painting work with Dulax Multi-surface paint of required shed . Two or more coat applied with 0.9 lit /10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied 0.75 lit /10 of approved brand of manufacture.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Providing and fixing vitreous china dual purpose closet suitable for use as squatting pan or European type water closet (Anglo Indian W.C pan) with seat & lid fixed with C.P. brass hinges and rubber buffers, 10 litre low level flushing cistern with fitting and brackets, 40 mm flush bend, 20 mm over flow pipe, with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: White vitreous china dual purpose WC pan with white solid plastic seat and lid with white vitreous china flushing cistern and C.P. flush bend.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350 mm and 340x410x265 mm sizes respectively with automatic flushing cistern with standard flush pipe and C.P. brass spreaders with brass unions and G.I clamps complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required - One urinal basin with 5 litre white P.V.C. automatic flushing cistern.

Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality - 15 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing brass stop cock of approved quality: 15 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing specified wood frame work consisting of battens 50x25mm fixed with rawl plug and drilling necessary holes for rawl plug etc. including priming coat complete. Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood.

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood plain lining tongued and grooved, including wooden plugs complete with necessary screws and priming coat on unexposed surface.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) Second class teak wood.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, levelling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. - Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size. The size of Tile 600 x 600 mm.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Labour for boring tube well of required dia. by water jet system through any type of soil strata including hire and labour charges for boring pipes, scaffolding, tools and plants as necessary and taking out them and lowering pipes, strainers, blind pipe etc. and fitting and fixing the same complete including bucket washing and other incidental works in the connection. The tube well should have a minimum 50 mm gap in between the outside of the tube well pipe and the bore.

Washing and developing tube well with air compressor pump and Engineer for 8 hours continuous pumping per day with necessary arrangement for testing the yield in gallons per hour with V notch including hire and labour charges for all tools and plants and scaffolding as required 3 days each for submersible × 1 no. pump = 3 days.

Construction of circular soak well 2.5 metre deep in all types of sandy soils with dry brick work up to 1.6 metre from the bottom having 150 mm intermediate cement brick work (1:4) band all round and cement brick work (1:4) up to 0.90 metre from top with 20mm thick cement plastering (1:4) to inside face up to the depth of cement brick work, 15mm thick cement plaster (1:4) on outer face from top of the well up to G.L. and 6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) on top of the R.C.C. cover slab including filling bottom 1.00 metre of inside of the well with brick metal (50 mm to 63 mm size) including R.C.C. cover slab of 100 mm thick with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with stone chips with necessary reinforcement and shuttering including one 560 mm dia. R.C.C. manhole cover (heavy type)of approved make supplied, fitted and fixed in the cover slab with necessary fittings, making necessary arrangements for pipe connections, excavation of well including shoring, dewatering and removing the excess earth from the premises as per direction complete in all respect with all costs of labour and materials. With 250 mm thick dry brick work and 250 mm thick cement brick work (1:6).

Fabrication and installation of gauge posts at river banks including cost of civil works in foundation embedded in 1:2:4reinforced cement concrete pedestal block of size 60 cm x 60 cm x60 cm including the cost of steel reinforcement, centering, shuttering, finishing, reinforcement over the 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)cement concrete base of size 80 cm x 80 cm x 15 cm with 12 mm thick plastering complete and marking the gauge with synthetic enamel with standard metric gradation of 5 mm thickness in black& white alternately & red synthetic enamel of 5 mm of width at every 100 mm etc. complete.

Seasoned Sal Wood Gauge Post of size 15 cm × 10 cm (one side tapered in 5 cm length) 2.4 meter long.

MS gauge post made of ISMC100x40 with 6 mm thickness 2 m long.
