Supply of UPVC pipes (B Type) & fittings conforming to IS-13592-1992 (A) (i) Single Socketed 3 Meter Length(b) 110 mm

White washing including cleaning and smoothening surface thoroughly. All floors : One coat

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100 mm c/c on both ways, neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick, 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat, reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc including cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Coal tarring two coats on new work using 0.16 Litre and 0.12 litre coal tarper sqm in the first coat and second coat respectively.

Asbestos corrugated (Trafford or similar approved quality) sheet (6 mm thick) work (excluding the supporting framework) fitted and fixed with 9.5mm. dia. J or L hook-bolt and nuts, limpet and bitumen washers and putty with 150 mm end lap & one corrugation minimum side lap complete. (Payment should be made on area of finished work)

Labour for fitting and fixing U.P.V.C. pipes for above ground work including cost of jointing materials etc. fitting and fixing all necessary specials, cutting pipes, cutting holes in walls or R.C. floor where necessary and mending good all damages excluding the cost of masonry or concrete work, if necessary, but including the cost and fitting and fixing holder bat clamps (any floor) or for underground work including cutting trenches upto 1.5 metre and refilling the same complete as per direction of the Engineerin- charge. (Payment will be made on centre line measurement of the total pipeline including specials. (A) Above ground (i) 110 mm dia.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets,sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N.Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane :3 mm thick

Dismantling C.I. or asbestos rain water pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead :150 mm dia pipe

Half brick mansonry with common burnt clay FPS non modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in super structure above plinth upto floor V level in Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture: New work (two or more coats)

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc. Internal work - Exposed on wall. 20 mm dia nominal bore

Disconnecting damaged overhead/terrace PVC water storage tank of any size from water supply line and removing from the terrace including shifting at ground level as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)
