The bidder should have prior work experience in "Any Civil Engineering work" and submit certificates and testimonials regarding contracting experience for the type of job for which the tender is invited. Work experience certificates from a private individual are not considered, but certificates issued by any Government Organisation or a Public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years are accepted.
